Most do-gooderism is absolutely terrible in its real impact. Whatever is given to da po folks takes them out of the market for things they'd most definitely otherwise be buying. I'm thinking of soup kitchens aka free restaurants and groceries, but the cases here will amaze you as the writer makes you laugh! Not too sure about his lambasting of attempts to eat locally though. Let's say suchan eatery manages to feature things that have always been grown in an area rather than trying to make longtime imports work in the local environment? I suppose this is a good story for a Saturday night, almost Halloween. This is sort of personal, but not so much so that it's not worth sharing. I'm curious what ya'll think of this. Larry and I were best friends since age 8! He was a great guy. He was always a ladies man, and a brawler- a tough guy. I don't know why people are so obsessed with templates and what code I use for my site,. I have plenty of traffic, and they click the links,, but pretty often people will say my site is outdated, ugly, or even difficult or impossible to read. I don't know WTF they are talking about. it is a blank page, like a white sheet of paper, with content on it. I don't want or need, flashing gizmos or dancing bears or whatever these people are referring to, I have no idea. I can read my site just fine on my laptop, a desktop, or my phone.
