A prisoner is suing Oregon Department of Corrections Director Max Williams and 16 other state prison officials for ignoring what he calls his severe case of gender-identity disorder. According to a civil-rights lawsuit filed Nov. 21 at U.S. District Court in Portland, 27-year-old Jorey Lee Brewis—aka Rebekah Katherine—was so troubled that he cut out his testicles in his cell and mutilated them. Brewis was sentenced to 70 months in 2000 for robbery. I was listening to the Al Roni show on 810am out of Albany today. The host was bitching about Gov Patterson's new tax anything and everything twice plan to make up a bazillion dollar deficit. I have this theory. I have lots of theories, most of which don't make much sense even to me, but I have this one theory in particular that most of the trouble in the world is caused by people not minding their own business. When people stick their noses in other people's business, it's because they think they are right and the other people are wrong. Specifically, what they do is blame their problems on other people. It's the flip side of the same coin: not minding your own business always involves blaming your problems on other people. These are some pics I had on photobucket account. Handgun diagnostic target for right handed shooters. Shows the importance of selecting the right .22 ammo for a handgun. Ammo selection is critical. Each target shown is 1 brand of ammo, at 25 yards w/sandbag rest and red dot. This one, I think, was a speed drill. Target 10 yds, low ready, fire on command w/o using sights. Dont just go to the range to punch holes in paper. Try and get a little more creative.

Mike has informed me that Chris, his youngest brother, has contracted spinal meningitis and is in a coma. Mike and his sister, Nancy, are headed to Seattle via train on Saturday to be with their brother. Mike describes Chris as a "fundie, a very conservative Christian, very very nice, smart, stubborn, giving, and always generous with his time and resources."
