Tommy Lee and Kid Rock Offered Ring and $1 Million Prize to Fight Posted on September 13, 2007 at 3:36 am (PST) This opportunity raises burning questions. Will it be pay-per-view? Will Pamela Anderson referee? Will she be naked? Or just mostly naked? According to Page Six: VEGAS lounge impresario Jeff Beacher wants to settle the score between Tommy Lee and Kid Rock once and for all - with a winner-take-all $1 million boxing match between Pamela Anderson’s exes. "We all know that they are fighting over Pam Anderson," said Beacher. "What better way to settle their differences then to slug it out in the ring!" We’ve seen the video. We’ve suffered ...

Demi Moore Denies She’s Getting Old Posted on September 13, 2007 at 9:13 pm (PST) | Demi Moore is 44 years-old, and she still wants to be in her twenties. Who doesn’t? Demi isn’t getting the roles she wants so she’s speaking out against Hollywood. Here’s more: "It’s been a challenging few years, being the age I am. Almost to the point where I felt like, well, they don’t know what to do with me. I am not 20. Not 30. There aren’t that many good roles for women over 40. A lot of them don’t have much substance, other than being someone’s mother or wife." Her ex-husband and the father of her three children, 52-year-old Bruce ...

I have 2 important questions - can anyone help?

First question is this: WHERE'S THE HURRICANES? It's Sep. 11 and we got no hurricanes to speak of. This is not supposed to happen these days. No? Second question is this: ARE THE AMERICAN PEOPLES EVIL BY NATURE? I know, you will say that the majority now oppose the invasion and the massacres in Iraq. Sure they do... now. When things looked good, almost everyone was for the wars and they only turned around to oppose it now, that it hurts. Everyone would not have cared much if the Iraqis did not shoot back and if making war there wasn't so darn expensive. So, it appears to me that the majority of American are cruel, evil, SOB's who, like typical and evil bullies, charge ahead ...

Aurigid meteor storm is supposed to peak ~0430-0445 tomorrow morning. Supposed to be predominantly pretty good sized meteors and about 165/hour rate for the main part. If your up for it, and on Pacific time, try to get up and out about 0345 or so and look to the north east... West Coast, AK and HI need only apply, it'll be light back east. This is a long period comet debris tail and probably won't get us decently again for about 70 years.

Mad Scientists Design Monster Men

Britain's leading scientists have made a final plea for the right to create the first animal-human embryos for medical research using eggs taken from dead cows. The Human Fertilisation and Embryology Authority will announce its decision next week on whether to give permission to UK laboratories to create the hybrid embryos to advance the understanding of genetic diseases. The issue is controversial because it involves scientists taking an animal egg, removing its genetic material and putting DNA from a human cell into it. This can be used to create lines of stem cells which can then be made part of studies into incurable genetic diseases such as motor neurone disease. However, it has ...

It was, once, a site of libertarianism and free speech. Now it feels a lot more like ATS or FR. I remember lively debates, but see few lately. I could accurately be called a "post-randian objectivist". I practice MY epistemology by the Law of Volition. Because of the nature of objectivist epistemology, errors in identification, by any ...

Ten Politically Incorrect Truths About Human Nature
Post Date: 2007-08-25 15:18:52 by YertleTurtle

Human nature is one of those things that everybody talks about but no one can define precisely. Every time we fall in love, fight with our spouse, get upset about the influx of immigrants into our country, or go to church, we are, in part, behaving as a human animal with our own unique evolved nature—human nature. This means two things. First, our thoughts, feelings, and behavior are produced not only by our individual experiences and environment in our own lifetime but also by what happened to our ancestors millions of years ago. Second, our thoughts, feelings, and behavior are shared, to a large extent, by all men or women, despite seemingly large cultural differences. Human ...

CONSPIRACIES, HIDDEN AGENDAS, SECRET SOCIETIES

I. Introduction Currently, the whole world seems rife with conspiracy theories. Some examples: the recent winner of the Nobel prize announced, as she received the award, that AIDS was created to rid the world of the Black race; the recent tsunami in Asia was caused by the Jews (Israel) and the U.S. setting off a nuclear bomb on the ocean floor; the Iraq War was concocted at the president’s Crawford Ranch to help his oil buddies; the U.S. government is altering the weather by shifting the jet streams in Alaska with secret giant jet fans. These theories are not just being promoted by the unwashed masses, but often by well-placed, highly-educated men and women. During the 60's and ...

Here are the minutes on this evening's meeting of the Jesuit Temporal Coadjutors. As anticipated, a large part of the meeting was taken up with the new plan to subjugate the Eurasian Continent. The plan will not be finalized however until a couple of members can check some facts at the public library They will not be able to do this until Saturday so the vote on the final plan was put off until the next meeting. A motion was made to purchase a new coffee maker but this was tabled when a member offered to bring an extra that he had in his closet and donate it. Members were admonished to stop discussing the group with strangers. It was pointed out that talk of the group was appearing ...

When a poster at FreeRepublic posts something negative about Bush they are often labeled a Democrat or a liberal or al-Qaeda or traitor. Over here at Freedom4um, if I say something negative about 9/11 "truth" or the North American Union conspiracy, I am labeled a Republican, neocon, Bush shill or traitor. (Freepers, LP'ers and people who post on this site love to sling the word "traitor" around.) Fundamentally, there is really no difference between the typical Bush supporting Freeper and some posters on this site as the example above illustrates. There is not one post from me anywhere in support of Bush or Bush policy but that doesn't stop certain people from ...

Chris Matthews did a segment today about bringing back the draft!

I only caught a tale end of a discussion Chris Matthews had on his show today regarding re-instating the draft. He had 2 Iraq War vets debate the topic. Did anyone catch the show today? I think this is rather significant that a MSM show like Hardball is bringing the topic to light. It could also be that Matthews has some vested interest in the subject matter - 2 draft age sons. Here are some comments on Chris Matthews website - as one might expect the pro draft posters are either women yacking about universal service ( as though their generation ever had that onus) or Vietnam War vets who want others to suffer the same loss of rights and limbs and opportunities that they themselves had ...
