It cites to a Tampa Bay Times article that claimed "Defendants claiming "stand your ground" are more likely to prevail if the victim is black. Perusing the White House website, the Obama Adminstration has a page on The Constitution which contains a strikingly warped view of the 10 Amendments. 1. First off I don't know why there were not 12 Jurors. Maybe 12 would have been easier to get a 'hung Jury'. 2. We are to have a Jury of our peers. That would mean 'men' in this case. 3 black 3 white(to make it fair)? Hung Jury most likely. 3. Select 6 women. Who feels more threatened when attacked. Women would feel great with an 'equalizer' like a gun. I rest my case.
