I am getting this website banned from public access computers like in libraries because of it.

There are workarounds for that problem. If that ever happens to forum, we can fix it. :)
Let me get this straight.
Obama's health care plan shall be written by a committee whose head says he doesn't understand it, passed by a Congress that hasn't read it, signed by a president who smokes and has no birth certificate, funded by a treasury chief who did not pay his taxes, overseen by a surgeon general who is overweight and financed by a country that is nearly broke.

I was researching ways to encrypt websites and discovered software that does that with the side benefit that it also defeats website blocking software. It's cheap enough. I would donate it to forum if it were needed.

Her Alexa ratings are in the tank, hell, even Storm Front is ranked way higher. Traffic was down like 40 percent in the last couple of months.

And what the hell is she talking about going to court over, exactly? Suing someone for telling the truth about LP?
She leases 'space' from a host to run Liberty Post, and if she violates their terms of service, they can give her the boot.
It's not like even a cursory examination wouldn't bear out every allegation.
Sure does seem to have the hive stirred up, though.
Her k00kery doesn't allow her to figure out that anyone can figure out which ISP hosts that site in about 30 seconds and send off an email to alert them to alleged abuse.

The only thing I disagree with you about on this is the use of the word "numerous" as an estimated quantity of decent posters remaining there.
It would be an interesting expenditure of a few hours on a snowy day sometime to take a 24 hour period and plot the posting frequency, etc. If you shut down yukon, it's a ghost town.

I think the time for encryption is well overdue. It's well established that the feds are snooping into everything everywhere, and unlike the old days when basic telephone calls were considered a private communications medium even though they were not the least bit encrypted, courts now claim that digital communications are NOT afforded the same rights.
At this point, all internet traffic should be encrypted. It's as simple as that.

THAT is our system.

It is the policy of this website that any threats of violence to a specific person are removed, and the person banned.
It is our understanding that the Federal Government is watching over comments made on the Internet, and will act on any threats made. One made in jest years ago got a visit from the Govt within the hour of the comment (which was removed).
Fourth, and finally:
A clear obvious "Threat" has been made against this website's viability.
Everyone here who has posted or who has donated funds is a part owner in the viability of something we have all created and participated in. Everyone of us has shared their intelligence, and thereby invested in the stored words posted here.
If this threat is carried out, I intend to institute a lawsuit against him and whoever is behind him. I will ask for a VERY large sum of money, sue him with libel, and ask for monetary damages for all of us. I would like to know who would be a part of that lawsuit against him.
This is not a game.

Millions of our best and brightest have given their lives so that we could be free, so we could talk freely.

While I don't frequent El Pee often enough to know who the participants are I must shy from identifying with them.
Given that disclaimer though there is nothing reprehensible in expecting the person setting in the Offal Office to conform to the minimum Constitutional Requirements. It is called the rule of law and defines the difference between a nation and a rabble. There is a growing and considerable body of circumstantial evidence which strongly suggests that the man in the oval office is there under fraud.
Barry, Barak Hussein, Soetoro-Obama by all appearances is a usurper with no legal or moral right to hold the office of President of the United States.
He has refused to provide proof of his legitimacy, has had his college records and transcripts secreted from public review, and has in fact spent a sum now approaching 2 million dollars to PREVENT his Birth Cerificate, assuming one exists in legitimate form, and college records from reaching the public and the courts. He is a usurper and should be removed from office and put on trial for fraud.

Over there you rarely know who has been banned let alone what they did to get the boot. It's really the bs banning criteria that I object to. In a case like this one, she will post a thread for discussion, but usually it's a back door boot with no attention drawn to it because the banning criteria is hypocritical.
One would think, promoting free speech, that the offending posts would stand.

She must be hysterical. You can't 'sue' a screen name for libel, and her own archives would destroy her case.
Even stupid doesn't cover this kind of delusion, so one must logically conclude that she's mentally deranged at this point. That's the only thing that explains all the observations.
As for the library filters, I don't get that either. Anyone can report any website for anything they find offensive or questionable, and the local library systems can act accordingly as to whether to filter or not.
As it stands right now, I can't see how the site would pass a keyword filter.
As an aside, it's hilarious to watch Liberator try to simultaneously suck up to Goldi and bite the hand that feeds him. It's difficult to do, and he's doing it so poorly.

She likes to play forum moderator and bans posters for expressing their views well others can play at that game as well. Also, I don't have to do anything. Her own pet posting buddies got her black listed thanks to profanity filters, etc. I can't get anyone black listed on my own but she shot herself in the foot.
And cut and pasting links of such foul language from her assorted pals and talk about getting the president removed by armed force from Goldi's own postings and emailing it to her web host is easy enough to do.
LP is Goldi's site but where LP is hosted is not her site.
