The host site at http://www.inetebiz.com/ will soon act on the fact LP is a hate site, uses perveerted language and images and members advocating the violent overthrow of the government, promoting racism, etc.

No ISP that would want to be associated with that.

LOL!

Too late, LP has been on a black list for at least 4 years now.

I told Goldi this news and she immediately plugged up her ears, accused me of bashing her people, and banned me.

You may have problems with a forum or forum members, but do you rat them out to the libraries?

I did mot insult you and I apologize if it sounded that way.

A gaggle of Goldi's favored posters were posting obscene language about sex with animals, gay orgies, etc as replies to those that were on Goldi's enemies list and that is what would get them banned from libraries.

You didn't insult me at all.

But permit me, it is the political cast of your complaint that I found disturbing.

There's a lot of anti-gov't talk here of a real strong nature sometimes. I'd like to feel that I or anyone else can shoot his bloody mouth of here within forum guidelines without a fellow poster taking it to some internet authority.

I believe that next time I'll handle this kind of stuff per pm.

Where did I write that to you at #11 or at #44 - I don't mind apologizing I just don't see where you asked for one and where I gave you an apology?

Misread the post in haste.

Things get too personal here sometimes. And ugly. And a lot uglier over there than here that's for sure by your testimony. That's why I stay away from that place.

Some jerk over there said that we should round up all the suspected terrorist's relatives and shoot them summarily too. They're all crazy as bedbugs.

Makes folks nervous when you threaten to pull the chain on filters, though. You might want to swear that kind of thing off for the duration.

Regards - r.

Yea, I did. I also suggested that a muslim mosque, or muslim holy site be destroyed for each muslim terrorist act committed.

If you have a better idea to stop muslim fanatical terrorists, I am listening.

And none of your blame america crap.

These muslim fanatics are not going to stop until either they are all dead, or they have murdered all of us.

Then what is your solution?

1. Stop being a wuss. Grow up and stop being afraid of the dark(skinned).

2. Live your life without wondering what's lurking around the corner waiting to kill you. You'll die of heart disease, prostate cancer, etc, before you're a terrorist fatality. No one gets out alive, Paul. Worry about the shit that will really kill you rather than a one in 0.0000000000000000000000000000001 percent chance that you'll be a victim of a terrorist attack.

Using your myopic, shortsighted, xenophobic approach, however, you'll have people actively seeking to kill you who heretofore never knew you existed.

1. You are so naive that you cannot tell the difference between race and religion.

2. Yea, you want people to ignore the dangers happening in the world.

3. Your Orwellian double-speak is garbage.

Paul The Muslims have much more to worry about(losing their culture) than the people in the west. The entire world is becoming westernized at a rapid place-and that includes the muslim countries.

What is Iran's population mix?? Something like 40-50% of the population is less than 25 years old. Something to that effect.

They wear jeans and US hip clothes, go to US fast food style restaunts, post on Youtube and listen to their Ipods and did I mention they just LOVE western culture.

More like westerners are more worried about losing their culture to politicial correctness or islam.

More like westerners are more worried about losing their culture to politicial correctness or islam.

Think more carefully about the multitude of ACLU's anti-Christian, anti-heterosexual family unit lawsuits - is it Muslims who generate them?

Think about the decadence promoted by Hollywood and TV media and the growth of the pornography industry - is it Muslims who control Hollywood and media and porno film industry manufacturing?

Think about the origins of political correctness and from what quarter that philosophy came.

Think about our nation's current slavish worship of multi-culturalism/diversity that replaced melting-pot philosophy - do you think Muslims are responsible for that?

Think about the leaders in movements like feminism, pro-abortion, homosexuality...the names are not Muslim.

That is why I said in my previous post, "political correctness" OR "islam". The things you listed are part of the "political correctness" part of my post.

Huh? How does Islam pose a threat to our culture?

Here's what you stated previously: "More like westerners are more worried about losing their culture to politicial correctness or islam."

Muslims aren't threatening our culture. They are not attacking our nation's Christian historical under pinnings. Muslims are not under mining the importance of the traditional family unit. Islam is not polluting our society with decadence through film, TV, porno, print publications. Muslims are not the leadership in movements homosexuality, radical feminism, abortion on demand.

All the foes of American traditional culture have one common denominator and it's not Islam.

How does Islam pose a threat to our culture?

http://www.washingtontimes.com/news/2009/feb/02/a-free-speech-killer/

A U.N. resolution that makes it a crime for people in western nations to criticize islam.

http://www.wnd.com/index.php?fa=PAGE.view&pageId=113710

More closer to home, CAIR (a muslim organization) sues anyone that criticizes them.

Muslim/islam religion is a threat to western culture.

a. A U.N. resolution that makes it a crime for people in western nations to criticize islam.

b. More closer to home, CAIR (a muslim organization) sues anyone that criticizes them.

a. Really?

I guess it would be similar - that is, if this resolution ever saw the light of day in Western nations' criminal codes - to the criminalization of Holocaust discussion in several Western nations.

But whereas the Holocaust criminalization has actually been codified and implemented in Western nations', I have yet to hear of any Western nations passing legislation to criminalize criticism of Islam.

b. Really?

And how frequent or successful have the CAIR lawsuits been? I mean if you listen to, view MSM, Islam is criticized directly and indirectly all the time. CAIR's lawsuits don't seem to be scaring talking heads or TV script writers or Hollywood film makers much. Otoh, to criticize Israel or Zionism or neoconservative war mongers is very risky to one's career and reputation - one is painted with the broad brush stroke of anti-semeticsm.

Here's what happened when Drs. Mearsheimer and Walt merely published a paper, supported by an extensive bibliography, about the Israel Lobby. The uproar and consequences and name-calling were quite astounding.

www.haaretz.com/hasen/pag...Src=Y&art=2#article697960

"Kennedy School removes its logo from lobby study"

We have to keep dealing with the pro-Israel lobby "study" - as the uproar and debate over it keeps growing. Yesterday, a friend knocked on my door. He is a senior doctor in one of Washington's best institutions - not a political animal - and he didn't hear anything about this story until he got a copy of this study from an Arab colleague. Amazed after reading it he rushed to my house to ask if I heard about it. (Yes, I do have friends who don't read my blog every day). He was furious. How can they publish such junk in a respectable institution?

Well, this exact question bothered many people in academia. Kennedy School scholar Marvin Kalb attacked the authors, claiming they fail to meet quality standards. Harvard professor, Ruth Wisse, writing an op-ed for the Wall Street Journal on the matter, called for the school to withdraw the paper. "Poor scholarship," she said about the study. Julie Silverstein, the president of the Jewish Student Caucus at the Kennedy School, described the paper in an e-mail as "political rhetoric with an academic imprimatur." She added: "I am very concerned that Walt's piece will inflame the anti-Israel and anti-Semitic bias that often hovers below the surface in academia."

This morning, I received good news from an Israeli official who followed the story, and was able to confirm: Harvard's Kennedy School decided to remove its logo from this paper, and the new version contains a more specific disclaimer warning readers that the views conveyed in the paper are of the authors alone.

The original version had only a weak bottom-of-the-page disclaimer stating that "The views expressed in the KSG do not necessarily reflect those of the John F. Kennedy School of Government or Harvard University." The new disclaimer notched things up: "The two authors of this Working Paper are solely responsible for the views expressed in it? As academic institutions, Harvard University and the University of Chicago do not take positions on the scholarship of individual faculty, and this article should not be interpreted or portrayed as reflecting the official position of either institution". The font used in the disclaimer was also bolder.

The New York Sun - covering this story better than anyone else - quoted Congressman Eliot Engel (Rosner's guest this week) calling the authors "dishonest so-called intellectuals" and saying they are "entitled to their stupidity... the right of the rest of us to expose them for being the anti-Semites they are." It also reported this interesting nugget - which will be quoted by the people supporting the research as yet another proof that the pro-Israel lobby controls America: "Harvard, the observer said, had received 'several calls' from 'pro-Israel donors' expressing concern about the Walt-Mearsheimer paper. One of the angered contributors is said to be the donor who underwrote the chair occupied by Dean Walt, Robert Belfer. Mr. Belfer, a 1958 graduate of Harvard Law School, endowed a faculty chair as part of a $7.5 million gift to the Kennedy School in 1997. In addition to bearing the title of academic dean of the Kennedy School, Mr. Walt is also the Robert and Renee Belfer Professor of International Politics."
