I suspect it was scrubbed because of the misspelling of the name. Someone goofed and they had to pull it down real fast to try and reduce the damage. However, it strongly suggests that the theorizing about Loughner being an MK Ultra programmed shooter gains more substance from it. They ended up damned if they do and damned if they don't.

If he is an MK Ultra he'll be dead long before trial. He's opting for the fifth now. I read that the same attorney who represented McVeigh will be taking this case.......that attorney got railroaded in that case.
He rolled over on command. There was never any doubt, once the scene was scrubbed and they killed the cop who had evidence of bombs inside, that he would be found guilty. There has always been a question as to whether McVeigh was really executed or whether it was sham so they could wake him up later and have a dead man as an operative.
