A quick game of fill in the blank: "male chauvinist ___!" That's right. Pig. I can imagine that funny phrase from the 70's being applied to the headline above. However, the truth is that the only 'pig' here is the one that is not legally obligated to protect you, or anyone, when you call 911. If you've never heard this fact, it will behoove you to do some quick research. The Supreme Court of the United States has already ruled on this matter. In so many cases, people have called 911 begging for help and for whatever reason, the police fail to show up. The person then either gets brutally assaulted, raped, robbed, or killed. The victim or their surviving family member then sues the police department for failing to act, and nearly every single time, the police department and their lawyers argue in court that they have absolutely no legal obligation to protect citizens or to prevent harm from coming to them. This is not merely a claim I am making- this is a fact, and it's what the police themselves insist in court, usually successfully. Take a quick gander at a myriad of these cases in CALIFORNIA DREAMING: Police have no obligation to protect any individual from harm. In 2006, The New York Times ran the story Justices Rule Police Do Not Have a Constitutional Duty to Protect Someone, outling the Supreme Court case. For those who believe that police are their trustworthy benefactors, check out the case from Huntington Beach, California: POLICE ADMIT PLANTING GUNS AND DRUGS IN CARS, LAUGH ABOUT IT.
The ladies over at the 'Brady Campaign to Prevent Gun Violence' are urging everyone to 'Demand Gun-Free Dining in California!' The group whines "The CA 'Open Carry' members are meeting at local restaurants with unloaded, semi-automatic pistols holstered to their belts and live ammunition magazine clips readily available.Restaurant owners have private property rights which allow them to ban guns and other weapons on their premises. Families should be able to dine in peace wtihout being subjected to second-hand smoke or second-hand crossfire! Socially responsible restaurant owners are establishing gun-free policies to protect the community."
...The ladies over at the Brady campaign should realize that disarming the citizens of our state will do nothing to keep them and their communities safer; matter of fact, it will do precisely the opposite, as outlined in the book More Guns Less Crime by John R. Lott Jr. People carrying guns openly on their hip does not endanger anyone. A California Democrat has proposed banning open carry in the state, in the aftermath of the Tuscon shootings. Several law enforcement agencies have embraced the idea, eager to use any excuse to restrict the God-given rights of residents. You can read about those people in the stories below.

With the coming economic collapse with 25 to 30 percent of the people unemployed and desperate, perhaps a bunch of the Brady bunch will die as the desperate people break in to steal and perhaps kill to keep from being identified.

I've had my confrontations with Local (County) authorities. In the matters of Law Enforcement (Police) and Legal Matters (FOIA). I realized at the time there would not be resolutions in the matters at that level, but you are obligated to go thru that motion. Likely they know and participate at some level.
Since the violations were significant enough, I went higher, State and Fed. If you have your facts together, backed up, researched, you have a lever. Taking it to multiple agencies, AND media(local), will Force some kind of action. They, for the most part, are Lazy S.O.B.'s, so the burden is on you.
Very Surprisingly the I.R.S.- C.I.D. and the Postal Authorities (Inspectors) were the most Agressive and Agreeable in the matters.
We did not see Jail Time or Public Penalty, but we did see a Dismantling of the of the Program. It was similar to the WW events.

i have found like you said, that if a pig violates your rights you can indeed hold them accountable, if you are relentless and persistant. i have the feds (literally) investigating two cops right now. their local supervisor has already sent me a letter in writing acknowledging that they were wrong. i had warned those pigs at the time, twice, not to fuck with me. one of them, who repeatedly threatened to arrest me on the spot, had told me 'i dont know how far you want to take this'. ha ha. he soon learned how far. didn't he? those two degenerate jackboots, their own agency turned on them and 'gave them up' to me, in writing, almost immediately. These two cops had demanded my ID when they had absolutely no legal right to demand it. i knew that then and know it now, and their boss has admitted it. I recorded the whole thing. They wanted to know who i am? they got it. They will never forget who i am. because their prosecution at local, federal, and civil levels has only just begun.
when someone fucks with you under 'color of authority', regardless of the nature of their abuse, it is an extremely serious matter. because they have been entrusted and sworn to uphold the law, not break it. On that roadside that night, they relished in what THEY FALSELY BELIEVED, was their so- called 'power'. Well i hope they enjoyed it. i know it's not personal. these scum try to 'lord over' people every single day and get away with it.
Now to some, demanding compulsory ID may not seem like a big deal. 'aww who cares, just show it to them, they are just trying to do a job!' No. fuck them with a capital F, man. Their job is not to violate the law. I am not their slave, and they are most certainly not my master. But at that moment on the roadside, they were. THEY RELISHED IN IT. they relished in what they mistakenly thought was my ultimate deference to them and my compliance. They soon learned better.
i give the analogy of a fly on your hamburger. if youre having a picnic and a fly lands on your hamburger, i am not going to get a disease laden flyswatter and mush the fly onto the hamburger bun. a sledgehammer will come crashing down and destroy the entire fucking picnic table. i do not play games. A grave opposition to evil, spurned by moral obligation, is my motivation. and when i win, i must admit that i love to brag about it, (as you all know ;-) because i really want others to win, too. they can win too. they just have to DO IT.

in this case, at the fed level, it is the u.s. justice dept civil rights division. at the state level, the employing agency wrote me and admitted wrongdoing within days of my certified letter.

I see the CID got answered. The 'Rest of the Story' is Very Long, and complex, as WW was.
There are a few from the Old FR days who were involved in all the details, that came and visited, and also a writer for Amer. Spect., James Ring Adams who was very intrigued, since he was doing Evan-Pritchard version of WW in America.
Very scary days. There are 'Thugs' retained by the big scam guys to effect their scams.
A very significant part of our WW was that this was farther North, The Branson Area, and was the Repub version, with Bush dynasty peripheral involvement.
If there is still residual interest(and there should be) I might start composing a thesis about the events. I had stated back then that this seemed to be an On-Going type of "Conected/Networking" means for the acquisition of "Pocket Change" for the Corrupt, of all upper level, private with public.

thank you very much. If you ever decide to put a thesis together i would love to read it and promote it. im sure it was very worthwhile. bragging about these things is half the fun, LOL. sort of like 'stick it to them'. ;-D
sadly, it seems like every damn time i encounter a cop of any kind, they act like another pig violating some law or another. i dont even necesssarily look for them to break laws, they just do it, and i notice it since i read a lot and know a lot of the laws. Maybe most people dont read the laws or don't give a shit, which is why they never notice constitutional violations when they encounter police?

I kicked over to the Totally Cynical attitude about Cops when we confronted the situation here. Never was very fond of cops my whole aware life, but let it be because my only brother was one.
When the cop part of the intimidation of us/our home occured I let him know about it. Guess I expected some support. He's in the St.Louis area, was near retirement and all cop attitude. I guess pointing out there were dirty cops involved here didn't set well because he told our mother that I was going paranoid.
I haven't seen, talked to him, and never will again. It's 12 yrs now.
My biggest fulfilment was when the County Judges and the County Sheriffs, and the County Clerks had to Retire, in two counties. Ours and the neighboring one. I sent my Mom the news articles.
