Instead of paying 14% interest like on a credit card, or 7% to 8% interest on a housing loan.

If you are a bank note that is separate from the debt, and you want to keep that bank note, in case of emergencies, you can borrow against that bank note, shifting your debt there, and you only pay 1% to 2% interest because that bank note gets interest on top of that helps cut it to 1% to 2%.

I had a relative that did that and it worked out quite well.

What I'm trying to show is that the Gov't keeps using the same credit company, the Fed, and we the people keep having to pay the bill, with interest.
