How do I know you weren't part of the attack - just so you could sue???

That wasn't to whitey though (the person who made the libelous remark), nope.
Goldi posted that to Itzlzha, who had COMPLAINED to Goldi about the libelous remarks that WhiteSands, Gatlin, and harrowup were spewing. I think specifically it was in regards to the fact one of them had "investigated him" and published his real name on LibertyPost.

What is important is the date of that post. That was the day after yukon's account was spoofed. There was a clusterfuck on LP as a result. And yukon AND the site shall see some problems in the future for this almost one week mayhem/madness and pandemonium.

Another person WhiteSands, had a doppleganger, White Sands...(with a space).
So, LP can easily be hacked? A person can come here and access the passwords of others to pose as them at whim? That doesn't provide much comfort for security. I was under the impression that you had safe guards in place to ensure that poster accounts were secure.

They finally guessed it, and then signed in as him. This is something that no one, and no security systtem can protect against...so everyone should be sure that the password they use is something that can't be guessed by a stranger.

I don't think anybody guessed or used an automated password cracker. I think all this info is sitting on Goldi's desktop computer and it was HER computer that got hacked, not the web site. Whoever did it probably has all the passwords and email to everyone on the site. In other words, Goldi wasn't properly securing the data and is responsible for it getting out.
