Not quite. I am sure that the Israelis have intelligence operatives working in the US. But we haven't had a fuss made about them since Pollard. Exactly why is unclear. Why was Pollard nailed and none of the rest? Lots of theories but no hard proof to any of them.
Just to try to balance the picture; the US has had plenty of intelligence operatives of its own working in Israel. In fact, some pro-Pollard people in Israel have advocated that the Israelis arrest on of those American spies and make a tremendous fuss about it just to exchange for Pollard. Moreover, there was a news report about twenty years ago that the US military intelligence had been training non-Jews in Hebrew (under the title "Special Arabic") so they can spy on Israel; one example is that the USAF in Saudi Arabia uses its planes to eavesdrop on Israeli military radio communications - and report the summaries to their Saudi hosts. There was a report about a dozen years ago of a US tapping of the Israeli embassy in DC, which included bits of communications back and forth on obtaining a sensitive document from "Mega"- apparently a very high level US govt source. And a very recent report that the US is still tapping the Israeli embassy.

Because the Israeli Embassy is a nuclear hot spot that shows up every time they run one of their scans over it. Probably where that missing nuke went that Minot Air Force Base lost. Probably because they routinely kill people on American Soil and nobody says anything about it.
Oh yeah, America is a horribly bully to poor little Israel.
