One of the new alleged victims in the sexual harassment case against former Penn State assistant football coach Jerry Sandusky told a grand jury that Sandusky's wife ignored his screams for help while Sandusky raped him in the basement of their home.

The young man, identified in the new complaint as Victim No. 9, who is now 18 years old, said in his testimony that Sandusky attempted to rape him at least 16 times, sometimes successfully.
"I took it at first he was just a nice guy, like he went to church every weekend, his kids come over every once in a while and stuff," the young man testified. "And after a while, like, he got used to me and stuff and started getting further and further wanting — to touch feely."
The presentment says the contacts eventually "escalated to sexual assaults."
The testimony is revealed in a new grand jury presentment that the Pennsylvania attorney's general office released after Sandusky was arrested Wednesday on new charges of sexual abuse of two more young men.
The five-page presentment gives numerous graphic details of the alleged assaults on Victims 9 and 10, including allegations that Sandusky forced Victim No. 10 to perform oral sex on him.

Also, as I suggested, this lends more credence to the fact that a lot of people knew and did nothing.
Joe Paterno and Sandusky should be housed next to each other with their very own new ~~Cellmate~~ Wife named "Bubba".

Based on "your" above statement, I'd have to say you support the incarceration of americans if the president simply says they are terrorists. You probably support their asassination as well if the president wants to murder them. The reason I have you pegged is because I got to talk with a retired Pennsylvania Policeman this evening and asked him point blank what kind of powers do campus police have. His reply, "The same as any boro policeman, state cop, or any bonified LEO, state or federal". He is of the opinion that Joe Paterno did all that he could and it wouldn't matter what branch of law enforcement he would have gone to, PSU has special legislation on their side under Pennsylvania Law that they controlled this when Paterno told them what McQueary claimed he witnessed. Furthermore, PSU will use this special legislation to coverup, control anything they don't want known,and will probably escape any fruther guilt.
So, now we know you like to be the judge, jury, and exicutioner and have convicted Paterno in your personal kangaroo court. Obama would love to have you on his team!

To arrive in a cell he would first have to be convicted in court. Your tirade, sadly not unexpected, continues to sidestep the mountain of circumstantial evidence that Sandusky's predation on young boys was known, and covered up, and Paterno was party to the cover-up - little boys who were sacrificed on the altar of "the winningest coach in history" whose name is no longer on the championship trophy. I suspect I am not the only person who is willing to look at the reality pointed to by the evidence.
