OBAMA JUST GOT PUNKED!

I just got off the phone with Dean Haskins who was in the courtroom this morning assisting with the Art 2Pac live stream. Judge Malihi talked to the attorneys in chambers before the hearing this morning and told them that he was going to enter a DEFAULT JUDGMENT against Obama and recommend that Obama's name not be on the Georgia ballot! All of the attorneys expressed a desire to put an abbreviated streamlined case on the record and the judge agreed.

How does the mainstream media spin this?

The Georgia SOS has already indicated that he will follow the judge's recommendation. That means that Obama will not get any popular vote or electors from the great state of Georgia! Congratulations to all freedom-loving Americans!

Sure hope this is accurate. It seemed, from what I had read, that the judge was not in any mood to put up with any of Obama's "monkeyshines." If this is true I guess he meant business.(1 image)

If true, this opens the door for Hillary Clinton.

Super.

I have never liked Hillary but I do believe she would be better than Obama (of course I actually support Ron Paul and will vote for him given the opportunity). Of course saying that someone is "better than Obama" is just damning them with faint praise because almost anything you can think of is at least a little better than Obama.

I disagree. Obama is just a puppet who does what he's told to do.

Hillary on the other hand is evil incarnate.

I concede the possibility that I COULD be wrong (not likely but possible >(;^{). But I still think Hillary is at least a little better than the Kenyan. Not that I would vote for her. If the (s)election came down to a choice between her and Gingrich or Romney I guess I would not waste the time and gas to bother with it.

I just saw an article on the AJC (Atlanta Journal and Constitution, aka Atlanta Urinal and Constipation) that the judge DID NOT issue any ruling. I guess someone may have jumped the gun with the story that he had or maybe he had indicated earlier that he would do something and then (for whatever reason) decided that his health might require him not to issue a ruling. For anyone interested in the ajc column:

No ruling in ‘birther' challenge

as yet. Watched the news report there. It said the Judge asked all of the attorneys to file briefs by February 5th. He is then expected to make a ruling after that.

Thanks for the update. I do hope that he will rule that Obama should not be placed on the ballot in Georgia and I also hope that enough states will follow that example and keep him off their ballots so there is not a chance he could win. The man is not eligible and should have never been elected the first time.
