OBAMA JUST GOT PUNKED!

I just got off the phone with Dean Haskins who was in the courtroom this morning assisting with the Art 2Pac live stream. Judge Malihi talked to the attorneys in chambers before the hearing this morning and told them that he was going to enter a DEFAULT JUDGMENT against Obama and recommend that Obama's name not be on the Georgia ballot! All of the attorneys expressed a desire to put an abbreviated streamlined case on the record and the judge agreed.
How does the mainstream media spin this?
The Georgia SOS has already indicated that he will follow the judge's recommendation. That means that Obama will not get any popular vote or electors from the great state of Georgia! Congratulations to all freedom-loving Americans!

Sure hope this is accurate. It seemed, from what I had read, that the judge was not in any mood to put up with any of Obama's "monkeyshines." If this is true I guess he meant business.(1 image)

The lead message seems to be wishful thinking on the part of birthers. The judge is not likely to issue any ruling against the President simply because it is well established that the President is not personally hauled into court whenever some tinfoil helmet names him as a defendant.
Whether the judge will issue ANYTHING adverse to the President is very unlikely.

I guess in your world that the President, be he legitimate or not, is "above the law." It would appear that Obama is, apparently someone got to the judge in this case. His ruling should have been automatic when Obama never bothered to show up. As far as Obama's and his flunkies claims of how it would "interfere with the duties of the president" that is just so much bs. He has proven, over and over, that as far as he is concerned his "duties" consists of playing lots of golf, taking lots of expensive vacations, shredding the Constitution and campaigning/raising money for his campaign.

The worthless pos seems to think his "duties" are to take expensive vacations at other people's expense; play numerous rounds of golf; sign any bill the Congress passes which further shreds the Constitution so he can toss it out the windows of the White House in bits and pieces and, finally, raise money for his campaign. Those are what he considers his duties.
