OBAMA JUST GOT PUNKED!

I just got off the phone with Dean Haskins who was in the courtroom this morning assisting with the Art 2Pac live stream. Judge Malihi talked to the attorneys in chambers before the hearing this morning and told them that he was going to enter a DEFAULT JUDGMENT against Obama and recommend that Obama's name not be on the Georgia ballot! All of the attorneys expressed a desire to put an abbreviated streamlined case on the record and the judge agreed.
How does the mainstream media spin this?
The Georgia SOS has already indicated that he will follow the judge's recommendation. That means that Obama will not get any popular vote or electors from the great state of Georgia! Congratulations to all freedom-loving Americans!

Sure hope this is accurate. It seemed, from what I had read, that the judge was not in any mood to put up with any of Obama's "monkeyshines." If this is true I guess he meant business.(1 image)

I concede the possibility that I COULD be wrong (not likely but possible >(;^{). But I still think Hillary is at least a little better than the Kenyan. Not that I would vote for her. If the (s)election came down to a choice between her and Gingrich or Romney I guess I would not waste the time and gas to bother with it.

I just saw an article on the AJC (Atlanta Journal and Constitution, aka Atlanta Urinal and Constipation) that the judge DID NOT issue any ruling. I guess someone may have jumped the gun with the story that he had or maybe he had indicated earlier that he would do something and then (for whatever reason) decided that his health might require him not to issue a ruling. For anyone interested in the ajc column:

The lead message seems to be wishful thinking on the part of birthers. The judge is not likely to issue any ruling against the President simply because it is well established that the President is not personally hauled into court whenever some tinfoil helmet names him as a defendant.
Whether the judge will issue ANYTHING adverse to the President is very unlikely.

The full faith and credit clause applies ONLY if Oh'bummer can produce a legal Birth Certificate produced under the laws of Hawaii.
Neither does it overrule the Constitutional requirement that the President be a Natural Born Citizen.
Hawaii has never produced any evidence which would be acceptable to a duly constituted Court which would substantiate that allegation.
The only alleged Birth Certificates produced have been a "Certificate of Live Birth" which is not a Birth Certificate and is likely forged upon his sister's COLB. The "Birth Certificate" that he last released is clearly a forgery.
Admit it Shoo - the man is a fraud and a felon. All of the available circumstantial evidence suggests that he has committed multiple felonies, how many SSN's is he entitled to from states he never lived in, and there is a strong likelihood that he is an illegal alien to boot.

Thanks for the update. I do hope that he will rule that Obama should not be placed on the ballot in Georgia and I also hope that enough states will follow that example and keep him off their ballots so there is not a chance he could win. The man is not eligible and should have never been elected the first time.

I really don't expect anything to come of this, at least not nationally. If Bill Clinton could get impeached and have nothing happen of consequence (how many even remember that Clinton WAS impeached?), there really isn't any adherence to law or constitution remaining in the Executive Branch.
Obama (and G.W.Bush and Bill Clinton) for that matter, have done far worse things as president than possibly being foreign born. These other things have not been called to be accounted for and punished for and therefore the American people by and large don't care whether or not Obama was born in the US. The violations of the Constitution are legion in number and each one in itself would have been considered impeachable offenses that would surely have resulted in their swift removal from office in an earlier age.
I'd rather have a foreign born president (NOT OBAMA!) who understood liberty and the constitution like Ron Paul does instead of the assorted domestically born criminal fascists that we get saddled with.

I agree that both Bush's and Clinton did things which should have gotten them booted from office. And I do remember that Clinton was impeached but I also remember the worthless Senate refused to try and remove him. Some of them even said that if there was a video of him having sex with a woman on the White House lawn and then shooting her they wouldn't convict him. No, but it was offered to the plaintiffs' attorneys at a pre-hearing conference by the judge in chambers before proceedings began. Plaintiffs declined the offer because they wanted to put their evidence on the record.
Parties have until Wednesday, February 1 to file further pleadings. It is expected that Judge Malihi will enter his judgement February 5, 2012.

So, to recap:
Refusing to attend a court when you are subpoenaed as a defendant in a lawsuit , and submitting falsified evidence...and the court still gives you a win.
Its official, the rule of law is dead.

Besides the obvious fact that is the same thing as admitting guilt because if you HAD a defense you would present it,judges are known to be prima donnas that would see not showing up in their court as a personal insult,and hammer the missing plantiff for that reason alone.

Impeaching a president is too political to ever happen. R's and D's will not impeach purely out of party loyalty, and you'll never get 2/3rds of the Senate to be principled enough to do the right thing. Clinton knew that he had nothing to worry about.
