The problem is that I would have to drop the tank, which I cannot do.
I checked online and it says to only partly drop the tank. A fuel pump is only about $60. I supposed I could tow it to a friend's house and spend two days fixing it.
You can't drop the tank? The amazing turtle can't drop a simple tank? Doesn't it just have two straps like 99.99% of all tanks on the road?
I'd have to tow it seven miles to a friend's house, because my apartment complex will not allow me to work on it. Next to his house is a place that said they'd do it for $400, so I'm taking it there.
Could I work in my parking lot, I could do it in a day or so for less than $200, after buying the fuel pump and a hydralic jack.
Turtle, you should just ride off into the sunset and give it up for today,
Peddle off into the sunset......sobbing while clinging to his yesterdays of riding around in his creepy Windstar van, with the faint stench of fast food mixed with Thunderbird and man musk still lingering in his nostrils. lol
