I owned a taxi for five years. I did a lot of taking kids to school.

One boy, who was about 11, didn't come out from the school one day. When I checked I was told he wouldn't leave the classroom.

I walked in and found him with a sullen look on his face. Two or three overweight female teachers were fluttering around waving their hands in the air and yelling to call the police.

I put my arm across his shoulders and whispered in his ear the teachers were driving me crazy running around like chickens with their heads cut off. He kind of smiled and I walked out with my arm around him. The "teachers" were just staring, wondering how I did it. I never told them and they were too stupid to ask.

Of course, if they did I would have told them women have no business teaching boys. They don't have a clue how to handle them. Some, I'm sure do know how...but they are very rare.

Ha! Take THAT!!

Good for you.

Sock it to 'em.

While you have 'em on the run take a lilac switch to 'em. Teach them a lesson.

They won't answer me because they know I'm right.

Abraxas will insult me because she has a major crush on me.

When someone tells you, "I will crush you" doesn't mean they have a crush on you. Two completely different things.

are you saying every father should have two or more gals helping him?

If either Moromney or Mammyjammyobammy win the November (s)election peoples with common sense will pray that December 21 2012 will indeed be the end of the world!

Single Women Shouldn't Be Allowed to Raise Boys.

True. No woman should be encouraged to raise a boy.

Some women, those with integrity, fortitude and a sense of self worth, are capable of raising men. But most likely they would have been widowed.

Single, and many divorced mothers have never had anything but "boys" in their lives and have no frame of reference as to how a man should act much less how one should be raised.

‘Gentlemen, if you’ve ever thought about it,
the quality of a man’s life is directly proportionate to
his commitment to excellence.’
~Vince Lombardi

Yes, at all times, especially after the children are in bed ;)

Yup, and for the record, single mothers shouldn't raise girls either.

Single mothers are a bit like the USSA, effn up about everything they touch.

James, damnit, quit making me cry for Turtle, I got enough problems of my own.

I love wimins. All the gals in my life are a blessing to me.

But I am glad that I had a man as a teacher in elementary school. He got me squared away in a fashion that our nice, nice lady teachers could not do. Young men need that kind of exemplar and they will get on the wavelength with him if he's half-way good.

Every normal man must be tempted at times to spit on his hands, hoist the black flag, and begin to slit throats. - H. L. Mencken

Boys need role models, so do girls.

No one needs brainwashing.

When the people choose a new government, that's freedom

When the government chooses a new people...

Sounds like treason to me. Elected officials ignoring both the law and the will of the people, I'm flabberghasted!

The thing the feminazis have never understood, and are so bigoted never want to understand, is that men and women are different. Boys need a different hand than girls. That is 90% of the dysfunction in the 'hood - fathers who do not know how to be men. They think acting macho and dumpin' da bitch on welfare is enough. That is not the behavior of a MAN that is the behavior of spoiled little boy in a man's body. For all his faults my father was a MAN and he passed on to his what the responsibilities of a man are.

1. Rule number 1 - when you get gut punched suck it in and stand back up.

2. Rule number 2 - men don't mistreat women no matter how much they're asking for it - and some do deserve a good beating or two. I saw my father so pissed once that if he'd a hit her she would have gone down for the count - instead he stuck his fist through a door. He might yell and scream but he would NEVER strike a woman.

Mencken's modification: "A man never strikes a woman without due provocation."

3. Women and children first. Tough luck guys, that's your job. When it comes time to die in defense of others that's part of territory.

4. Your honor is more important than your life. Never EVER lose your own self respect, it is better to die first.

5. To a real man his word is his bond.

Perseverent Gardener
"“Believe nothing merely because you have been told it. Do not believe what your teacher tells you merely out of respect for the teacher. But whatsoever, after due examination and analysis, you find to be kind, conducive to the good, the benefit, the welfare of all beings - that doctrine believe and cling to, and take it as your guide.” ~ Gautama Siddhartha — The Buddha

Women Shouln't Be Allowed To Teach Boys

Amen to that,, especially pertaining to Catholic Nuns. For the most part, they are some of the most abusive women that I ever encountered in my entire life.

In 6th-grade we had an ex-Marine as a teacher and he cracked all of us up. He once drew a stickman on the board with a...well, let's just say it wasn't a stickwoman.

I sense a disturbance in the farce. Much gnashing will ensue.

I agree. That goes without saying.

We need more men in education at that level.
