Anybody going to watch it?? Will Joe Biden do any better this year than he did against Sarah Palin in 2008??

j'tube's broadcast last evening was an epic fail here.

Before turning it off in favor of watching the Steelers, I saw Joey Biden doing his best Matt Dillon, horse teeth impression. The man is clinically insane.

Speaking of things that matter: how the heck did P'burg get whacked by a kicker?

(I just heard a blurb on AM this morning.)

This isn't a typical Steelers team. There's a gloom settling over the 'Burgh this year so I think I'll have to switch allegiance to the Eagles. As I get older I have less time to follow losers.

I may be one of the few that watched the vp debate in its entirely. I wanted to see what Ryan brings to the election.

He has the same hollow campaign promises as the mitter. Elect us and we will tell you what our plans for taxes, expenditures, and meddling in the Middle East.

We already know what a failure Obama has been. Now Romney and company want achance to finish off this country one and for all. Some choice.

Either write in Ron Paul, vote for the libertarian candidate, or stay home on election day. No need to put another crook in the whitehouse.

As for the Steelers, they are getting old and beatup and are desperately in need of a coach that knows what the hell he is doing.

.........and that ain't tomlin!

Since I still have a voting ticket, I'm going with GaryJohnson2012.com Live Free!

Oh! So I'm a racist because I point out that tomlin is less than a big league coach. There are those of you who can't seem to grasp that the Steelers won a Superbowl under tomlin, but it was with a team of players put together by Bill Cowher.

The same thing happened when the Pittsburgh Penguins won back to back Stanley Cup Championship. Bob Johnson won the first one and Scotty Bowman got the credit for the second one with a team mad up of players that Johnson assembled.

That's like the SuperBowls that Jerry Jones won before he decided to do all the drafting himself, coaching himself, etc; it's been fifteen years since they've won ONE playoff game!

America's Team, my ass.

I hear you Lod, but I still recall those great games with the Green Bay Packers. They were classics.

Yes ambi, if you're White and want Tomlin gone that makes you a racist. I'm sorry if you feel that's unfair, but it's all part of living in this lovely quilt of racial diversity.

The Ice Bowl still breaks my heart.

That freakin' keeper and Jackie Smith's drop in the endzone are my two worst-play memories of the 'boys.

The Ice Bowl

My memory of that game?

Two words, Jerry Kramer.

This is a film montage I edited together to homage the greatest game of football ever played. I am a Packers fan, so I am certainly biased. The footage is all from NFL Films' "Ice Bowl" documentary released with "The Complete History of the Green Bay Packers" on DVD. It's a really terrific set, and I highly recommend it to any football fan.

Clearly, I didn't put this together, lod
