That was great, thanks for the link.

Some people have no sense of humor. The Sisters And Brothers Of Jardeen Ignorance And Chaos are certainly amongst the foremost of those folks. How unfortunate that so many of the Chinese students are also among them. They are way too young to be this boring. To be this young and be constantly afraid of taking part in the fun things of life or of taking a chance doesn't bode well for the future of China in my opinion. There is going to be a bad moon rising over China soon I'm afraid.

In the chinese culture obedience is stressed unto the young and is embedded in them so much. The purpose is to break their will and ability to think for themselves. So it becomes the burden of a real teacher like yourself to see what the problem is because you are not just a teacher but you are dealing with human beings whose wills have been trampled over by their parents as fully endorsed by the chinese committee of 17.

You speak like somebody that actually knows something about China. Have you been to or worked in China?

I have never been or lived in China but I lived (in the US) in a boarding house run by a lady and most of the tenants, except for myself, were exchange students on student visas from Beijing China. I lived with them for a year and learned much of their culture as they were trying to glean from mine. I did not know their language but I have a friend of mine who worked in aerospace and was a translator for the Japanese and Chinese as he often traveled and worked in Japan and China through a private contract with the U.S. He worked in Human Intelligence. His late friend who worked in Signal Intelligence and I were long time friends of 22 years who also worked in the Intelligence background in black-projects funded by American tax dollars. I still stay in contact with my friend's buddy the translator. He sent me a christmas card which he created himself and wrote in Chinese.

Anyways, I love the Chinese and Japanese people but would not want to live in their country. They are not free and I know they are not. I know for a fact that when Americans come to visit in China, they are watched and the Chinese government will only show the American tourist what they want them to see. When the Chinese exchange student comes to an American university, sponsored by the University President and other sponsors within the University system of that school, the student is watched and observed as to how they conduct themselves and speak. They must be very careful of what they say about their country. I know this for a fact because I was sitting in a classroom back in '97, and the teacher was glamorizing how great Communism is. A Russian exchange student raised their hand to describe how untrue the teacher's statement was and described living conditions in Russia (mind you that this was in '97), that the Russian government watches their citizens even follows them around when they suspect the citizen starts to talking about the hardships of Russian people. The students comments did not have any effect on the teacher because the teacher ignored her and continued on how great communism is for the U.S. It was then that I begin to realize there is something wrong here.

Shoot ALL of the Commie professors. After that shoot ALL the Liberals / Dumbasses , KGR's { Kinder Gentler Republicans } , Libertarians , Kumbaya Christians , RINOS , Feminazis , Tree Huggers , Militant Gay Terrorist Rabble and Their Enabling Hordes , Abortionists and Muzzies and the world would be a much better place. Yes yes I am indeed a little to the right of Attila The Hun politically.

I agree with you about China and Russia but I have no problem with the Japanese.

I remember telling this same story to a friend of mine who emigrated from South Vietnam in 1975 to the U.S. for political aslyum. She is Vietnamese and is five years younger than myself. I told her the same story about those teachers glamorizing how great communism is and her response was: "I and my family came to the U.S. to escape the communists. The only reason why we were able to flee is because we paid the communists with gold to spare us and let us leave. We escaped by means of a boat to get to the U.S. Those American teachers are crazy and very stupid. They don't know what they are talking about until they have actually lived under communism. When you live under communism, you fear for your life because everything you say and do they watch. Communists are criminals. They are not nice people at all."
