Actually, if cops had any sense they'd just slap a punk or a smartass and let it go at that.
But no, these days they've got to arrest them and cause all kinds of bullshit.

When some are more equal than others and justice is hit or miss depending on the prerogative of the law enforcement officer.... when that is not a land of morality and law but tyranny and oppression.

When I was a teenager and the cops caught us (never me) with marijuana and booze they'd dump it in the street and let them go. Only the really bad kids got arrested.
These days, they can arrest you for anything.
The more laws, the more arrests, the more tyranny.
