Militia: composition and classes -STATUTE- (a) The militia of the United States consists of all able-bodied males at least 17 years of age and, except as provided in section 313 of title 32, under 45 years of age who are, or who have made a declaration of intention to become, citizens of the United States and of female citizens of the United States who are members of the National Guard. (b) The classes of the militia are - (1) the organized militia, which consists of the National Guard and the Naval Militia; and (2) the unorganized militia, which consists of the members of the militia who are not members of the National Guard or the Naval Militia. ___________________________________________________________ As duly noted above, Kentucky wants to form their State militia that is comprised of the National Guard. They are recognized as Part (b) (1) the organized militia To the rest of those natural persons they are recognized as Part (b) (2) the unorganized militia who are not members of the National Guard. What separates the two classes may be found in the Third Amendment to the Constitution of the U.S. where it references standing armies (that is the professional organized armies per Part (b) (1). What really concerns me is that irrespective of the knowledge held by many so- called patriots when compared to the dumbed down mall walking drooling fool - their actions are much the same. Christians and Patriots alike are every bit as guilty of supporting the murderous cabal as the masses of morons screaming "yes we can." How can we expect people to resist this totalitarian take-over when they comply with every dictate they're given - like Pavlov's dog. Can you just imagine how an immigrant who becomes a legal American citizen must feel upon entering this country and sitting in a classroom only to hear from teachers that they don't have rights to keep and bear arms? Prior to becoming legal citizens, those immigrants must pass a test on our Constitution and History. Many of these immigrants know all too well about living in a communist hell hole under a dictatorship nightmare. The fools who voted for this guy first term and second term deserve what is coming to them. However, many will not resist this totalitarian system because they choose to be passive and never question authority when authority figures break the law. But understand this, that even in dictatorships it is the passive Pavlovian types who lick their masters hands and feet, soon discover their master has great absolute disgust, disdain and contempt for them. It is the same as saying that the devil has contempt for those who bow down and worship him. You play with fire and surely you will get burned.

What do you two think of getting parts of the system to officially recognize the status of itself? Like many people the city council members want to stay off of the FEDERAL radar. Where I live the local city and county officials (and the State Troopers) are staunch supporters of the Constitution and act accordingly. So, I guess it would depend upon how the same officials in other places feel about the FEDERAL usurpation of the Constitution. We should all be livid. Before I archive some references here on this topic for research convenience, I think it should be cautioned that some Military shipments might contain hazardous materials like Depleted Uranium used to manufacture armored vehicles/tanks and ammo, for example.
