The NSA spying program is a can of worms that is barely open. Soon enough we'll find that elements of both the CIA / MOSSAD and NSA have colluded to enhance international banker control over governments and their peoples worldwide.
Think about the authors and journalists like Gary Webb, Andrew Breitbart, Michael Hastings, Philip Marshall and others that have died under curious circumstances. What about Arthur Koestler and his spouse ?
It's time to take cognizance of these deaths as murders. We here in the U.S. are living in a very sophisticated tyranny under the international banking powers that use the intel agencies to manipulate our countries, our so-called leaders, and us. Second EDIT: The speaker on this video errs when he says that the Constitution "created" the FEDERAL GOVT . The Federal Govt is not the organic national government created by the constitution it's an artifice installed by bankers colluding with politicians that operates in a completely "legal" but isolated jurisdiction where there AIN'T NO CONSTITUTION only CONSTIPATION.

Their is a constitution, there real problem is that nobody cares about enforcing it.
And it takes us little folks insisting upon adherence to the law that defines the merit of it.
Why is weiner allowed to run for office after showing his dick off to under age girls? Why is Obummer allowed to do all he does? Why is Jenifer Tharp Prosecuting Justin Carter?

People are not insisting upon the law being upheld

I am awake. And you know that. Getting upset over it doesn't do much. I spend my time in the real world trying to convince others I know that are awake and aware to come with me to do things.... Activism as opposed to apathy.

But for the sake of having something ,some kind of guide to relatablely interact with one another, Do you have a better suggestion than the constitution?

And you do understand the difference between an idea not existing and an idea not being followed I trust.

The words are there on paper and if they were followed the idea might work out better but NO idea will work out if you do not follow it.

... Am all for direct democracy or other new/old ideas, but I think the 300 million of us citizens might have a better chance at working with a system they already half ass understand rather than a totally new system....

That is correct. More than reminiscing is required to make things better.It takes actions. It is one of the reasons why I think of you in high esteem. I know you know that and I know you are one of the few that do more.
In this current world the constitution is a pointless piece of paper that few people even know about let alone understand. But a piece of paper is not the be all end all to good governance. Interaction with our fellow man is what will kill tyranny. Activism over apathy.

We live on the beginning moments of the next civil war. Eventually the people will want a form of government again. When the fighting stops and the legislative rehash begins it will be on those that participate to re-establish what we shall attempt to adhere to once more. You know when people are ready to adhere to law again.

titorite is correct that the problem is not the Constitution but enforcing it. That problem isn't due to stupidity on the part of those of us who understand enforcement and lack thereof to be a crucial issue. The problem is due to Constitutional State Militias being largely AWOL from their enforcement duties because many people aren't aware that it is their duty or are unwilling to be involved with their State Militias as enforcers. Insulting Constitutionalists to avoid those matters only makes the problem worse and needlessly "battle" fatiguing. We are not the problem or the enemy. Seems to me the problem is that you expect of us what our Founders didn't. They expected the State Militias to defend us from tyranny and you berate us because we've been unable to stop the abuses of tyrants on our own without the Militias even being acknowledged by yourself and others as necessary. Also, the Constitution does not cease to exist because of the infidelities of disloyalists -- like Marriage doesn't dissolve for everyone everywhere just because of adulterous betrayers and not even if the adulterers are more numerous than the faithful. It only means that the betrayers themselves have defected.
