and said, Yet forty days, and Nineveh shall be overthrown.—Jonah 3:4

One day after Kurdistan conquered Kirkuk* with the blessing of its Israeli allies, Hebrew media has split Iraq into three different countries and announced a new American attack. "Israel is the next target of the Sunni militants" is the rationale.

Obama Threatens

Americans were probably surprised to find that their army in Iraq threw away their equipment and run away as soon as their role was changed from taking selfies while wearing cool American equipment to actual fighting. The same happened in Syria with the foreigners backed by NATO.

Mercenary armies seldom justify their cost.

While Kurdistan achieved a historic victory, the Islamic State in Iraq and the Levant is about to conquest all the Sunni areas of Iraq. They captured Mosul, the country's second largest city and are approaching Baghdad.

"The Iraqi map is about to change," I quoted Hebrew media yesterday, June 12. The following day, the same source was less careful while quoting USA President Obama's reaction on the recent conquests.

Both Settler Channel 7 and walla! report that Obama is threatening to attack Iraq. The latter, which is considered a serious mainstream media website, claimed that the President said "There will be a short-term military action." Both reports hinted at a ground operation.

The complete text was difficult to find under the time constraint I faced here. Most citations of the event by international media put emphasis on other words.

CNN reported 'Obama said Thursday that "our national security team is looking at all the options," adding that "I don't rule anything out."'

It added '"We are not contemplating ground troops," White House spokesman Jay Carney said Thursday. "I want to be clear about that."'

The official statements do not rule out bombing Iraq from afar, or sending massive military help to Iraq Army, if they manage to locate the escaping forces. However, the Israeli sending of American troops to Iraq can be ruled out at this point, unless a dramatic event will change the war theatre.

On the same day, the largest paid Hebrew newspaper, Yediot Ahronot, published a lengthy analysis by its military analyst Ron ben Yishai. A former IDF lieutenant colonel, he has close, very close relations with the army establishment. He often acts as the unofficial speaker of the army, when official reactions are not allowed.

He did not repeat the apparent misquotations by the smaller media outlets. Instead, he announced a war.

Chicago Typewriter

One does not expect from somebody as ben Yishai, who learned to write with a Chicago Typewriter, the favorite machine gun of Al Capone and Meyer Lansky, to write poetry. Today he achieved the feat while entitling his abominable article "al-Qaeda on the road to create Muslim suit."

In English, the poetry is lost. He is playing between Muslim Caliphate and Muslim "Chalipha" (suit in Hebrew). "Suit-wearer" in Hebrew is idiom for "ruler." Ben Yishai being a Chicago-style writer, the effect may have been achieved randomly.

Probably this is a sad attempt to draw the attention of his readers away from the ugly manipulation of facts. The Islamic State in Iraq and the Levant is not related to al-Qaeda, but Israel needs to convince so in order to manipulate an American attack.

"The conquest of Mosul in Iraq opened a new stage in the shaking being experienced by the Middle East. It is a hit on the democratic regime in Baghdad, to the policy of Obama and also to Iran. The messengers of al-Qaeda have created a military base on our doorstep and have created the potential for a regional war," he wrote, failing to mention that the creators of that mysterious intelligence organization are represented in Tel Aviv.

He contradicts himself by stating that the Islamic State in Iraq and the Levant has been joined recently by masses of Sunnis disappointed by the pro-Shi'a government in Baghdad. Not even Israel claims that all Sunnis are al-Qaeda.

"...against Obama's policy is that he did not leave even a symbolic American military presence that can support this army [Iraq Army], created, trained and financed by the Americans at the cost of trillions of dollars. It amounts to hundreds of thousands of soldiers and is based mainly on Shi'a soldiers. It collapsed in Fallujah...and collapsed again in Mosul." It barely escaped also from Kirkuk, but Israel wants to keep the Kurds in low profile, avoiding the Jewish evil eye.

Ben Yishai did not write an innocent report, but he wrote an operative intelligence piece, attempting to manipulate America. Before addressing his disturbing bottom line, allow me a short comment on Iraq.

Colonial States

The Sykes-Picot, or Asia Minor Agreement, was a secret treaty between the governments of the United Kingdom and France, and Czarist Russia as a minor side. Signed on May 16, 1916, it divided the Ottoman Empire Arab provinces outside the Arabian Peninsula between areas of future British and French control. Following the Communist Revolution in Russia, the agreement was made public. The treaty was negotiated by French diplomat François Georges-Picot and British Sir Mark Sykes, who gave it their names. Iraq is a British colonial creation as Brazil is a Portuguese colonial creation.

Iraq, Israel, Bolivia, Brazil, the USA and a plethora of other countries follow the geographical interests of the powers driving their creation. They are unrelated to the nations living in the territories allotted to them. This is the source of endless wars and conflicts. Anglo-Saxons against Apaches, Aymaras against Mestizos, Kurds against Sunni and Shi'a.

In the drugged Bolivian reality that means little; until the colonizers arrived, denizens did not know how to write, and thus they lack history and a historical view of events. Even now, most people can barely read, failing even the simplest understanding tests. In places with old cultures and well defined nations, the situation is different.

Look at the attached ethnic-religious map of Iraq. The territory is formed mainly by three groups, Sunni, Shi'a and Kurd. They were forced together into a made-up organization. Why should they agree? How is the will of a British king interested in maximizing his profits relevant to the issue?

Not surprisingly, every group fights for hegemony, resulting in an unending war. Nobody is happier than the powers drinking Iraqi oil while sipping a Darjeeling tea and supplying weapons to all sides in the conflict.

The Sykes-Picot Agreement is collapsing. The Middle East is in the process of returning to its national boundaries. The sooner the West understands that and stops meddling, the better.

Israel fears this reality. Americans will not react if the conflict will be considered a legitimate effort of self-definition by oppressed societies.

Israel needs to internationalize the event. "If you do not attack them now, they will hit all your towers," the Israeli Prime Minister will whisper maliciously during secret meetings.

"The conquest of Mosul is a key event in the disintegration of several countries in the area." Ben Yishai mentions Iraq, Saudi Arabia, Syria, Lebanon, Jordan, Bahrein, Yemen, and Libya. Pro-American Egypt, ruled by merciless generals was spared by the manipulator. Of course, in his eyes Israel is absolutely kosher, though it is so only by American-Jews standards.

The rationale for the American attack being proposed by ben Yishai is clear "In what regards us, the meaning of the taking over of the Islamic State in Iraq and the Levant, an extremist Islamic movement affiliated to al-Qaeda, is obvious. A basis of the World Jihad is being created at our doorstep and truly close to Europe. Right now, Arab regimes are in their crosshairs. Assad in Damascus, al- Maliki in Iraq, and the government relying on Hezbollah in Lebanon. In the next step, we will be in the crosshairs." He continues mentioning their presence in Sinai, where a Bedouin state may be created.

Instead of reporting the reshaping of what now is Iraq and in the near future three well-defined nations, he present the process as a global war, in the hope of recruiting the Americans against those that Israel considers enemies.

"If America does nothing, Israel will fall, and afterwards Europe," ben Yishai is saying. It is so easy to send the sons of others to die in an unnecessary war! Especially so if they are goyim; am I right, Lieutenant Colonel ben Yishai?

Will Roi Tov be assassinated by the State on August 31?

Tupac Amaru Execution Tupac Amaru Execution

Bolivia has robbed all my belongings and documents in the unholy name of Zion & Associates. I survive thanks to an American ATM-credit card that will expire in August.

Without my documents I cannot get a new one. Receiving mail and packages without identity cards is impossible. Moving out from the cheap guesthouse where I am regularly attacked is impossible. Leaving La Paz and Bolivia without documents is impossible. They check ID's at toll gates placed at the cities' access points and sometimes also along the roads.

It may not look so from the articles, but I seldom have time to even check them superficially. I write while constantly monitoring the air I breathe for gas, and surrounding people attempting to attack me. This is done after having spent a night securing myself against attacks, and after walking through predatory streets. This is done while consuming water and food demands me to be my own poison-tester. I live under constant State-sponsored terror.

After the card expires, even this horror will look as a luxurious vacation. A few days after that, I will be unable to pay the guesthouse. Surviving one night out on the violent streets of La Paz is impossible. People are killed every day here for the most worthless items.

"The choco must have something of value," they will exclaim and attack. "Choco" is a derogatory term used by Bolivians against foreigners of dark hair. Blonde foreigners are called "gringos."

In September 2012, I published 15-Day Execution Order. I won't fight my de facto execution. Yet, I want to remind Bolivia that its legal predecessor executed Aymara leader Tupac Katari in 1781, he was torn by his extremities into four pieces. Despite the government rhetoric, nothing was learned since then. Katari's last words were:

Naya saparukiw jiwayapxitata, nayxarusti waranqa, waranqanakaw kut'anixa... You are only killing me, we will return millions!

Will Roi Tov suffer a reenactment Tupac Katari's assassination by the Andean State?
