Way to go, Guv, kick around the widow of a dead hero who has already lost enough. Sleep well at night? Not likely . . . You may have won the case, but you have lost the respect of millions. I know this family, and they do not live high and are not wealthy in any way. Good job, big man . . . SGT July 29, 2014 at 2:00 pm · Reply

Perhaps you are okay with slander, libel and defamation of character – But for the record: Kyle was a liar and a servant of the Pentagon who murdered 100′s in Iraq – upon returning he targeted Ventura with vicious LIES as soon as Ventura started talking about running for Prez. When liar Kyle slandered and libeled Ventura, Ventura IMMEDIATELY responded demanding a retraction and apology which never came. So Ventura was forced to lay down and take it OR sue, and then the liar Kyle was fragged, likely by the same evil powers whose bidding he so eagerly served, probably so he couldn’t testify and expose his handlers and ghost writers. Pretty much AJ's take on the sad situation.

No real "winners" here.

“The most dangerous man to any government is the man who is able to think things out... without regard to the prevailing superstitions and taboos. Almost inevitably he comes to the conclusion that the government he lives under is dishonest, insane, intolerable.” ~ H. L. Mencken

Cool comments, and good for Ventura!

Life is what happens to you when you are making other plans.
