Nazi Gun control never seriously impacted the German people. Jews were disarmed and invited to leave. Jews require a government to protect them; most know better than to try to do it themselves.

Any ideas where that quote originated? It sounds contrived. There's no date affixed (so the health of the President can't be evaluated). Also, Woodrow was a humanist and it would be a great surprise to me if anyone would have run this sort of language past him directly.
The Fed system is an easy sell for most people. They actually like it. So I don't think Woodrow had a lot of convincing to get him onboard; in fact I think he was selected because he would be amicable to the Fed system and a Zionist-outcome to any war with the Ottoman empire. He thought Jews were doing great things, and even appointed Brandeis, the Supreme Court justice who played a diplomatic role in getting us into WWI. Woodrow was a Judeophile.
It sounds like a good description of our birth certificate/social security card/fax-ID/treasury/fed cycle just from a more starkly worded perspective.
