The news tried to tell us that there wasn't a racial components because the victim's race varied. However, ignored was that the perpetrators were all of one race and it is always the same race doing things like this. The black community never seems to be called on the carpet for this behavior.
When government gains the power to control the use of private property, it becomes possible for the politically dominant to profit by high commodity prices using government regulation to constrain supply.
