Archiving because websites with links to or printouts of the text are scarce. Am also posting this link for the Internet Archive: Wayback Machine in case this source and others become unavailable. Might copy the chapters here eventually for easier access. For now, am cross-referencing Post #3 of 4um Title: "A Conversation with Herbert Hoover" that has a partial printout of the Viet Nam War section linked above at Part III because a rare book by Hoover is mentioned in both. Regarding the unpublished WTC, Towers of Siloam section linked above at Part V:

Tower of Siloam - Wikipedia

According to the Bible, the Tower of Siloam was an ancient tower in Siloam in south Jerusalem. In Luke 13:1-5, in a discourse on the need for individual repentance for sin, Jesus refers to 18 who died when the Tower of Siloam fell on them. Apparently they were innocent victims of a calamity which was due to no fault of those killed.

The Tower of Siloam itself is mentioned only in Luke 13:4 as part of a larger passage contained in verses 13:1-5.

Between that and the way that it fell I still can't believe that there are intelligent people out there that really think that that was something other than a controlled demolition.
