The link above is to a document that cites a US DOD Ebola vaccine trial.
The US government had Biohazard Level 4 research labs in Guinea at Kenema, in Liberia and Sierra Leone. The government closed down the US lab at Kenema. That lab was supposed to be a Level 4 Lab. But it was nothing more than a big shack. The link is to documentation from a government NIH- Clinical Trials website that shows the US DOD was conducting vaccine trials for Ebola just before the E Bola outbreak. The trials were shut down in July as soon as the Ebola outbreak started spreading. That is when the government of Guinea shut down the Kenema research lab.
Are you getting suspicious? Maybe instead of a leak - US Biohazard research labs have 200 a year of those - it was vaccine trials.
This document might have been scrubbed. The location of the Ebola vaccine trial given might just be the mailing address of the corporation in charge.
