Anti-Gun Liberal Refuses Breathalyzer – So Cops Arrest Her & Find Something They Never Expected

The NRA has listed Missouri State Senator Jamilah Nasheed as a politician to be concerned about when it comes to gun rights.
She’s sponsored bills that would require gun owners to report a stolen gun within 72 hours of it being stolen.
And she also wanted a bill passed that contained this ridiculous reporting requirement: “A parent or guardian of a child who attends a public, private, or charter school shall notify, in writing, the superintendent of the school district, or the governing body of a private school or charter school, that such parent or guardian owns a firearm within thirty calendar days of enrollment.”
By all appearances, Miss Nasheed doesn’t like guns.
Which is why officers were shocked to find her in possession of a 9mm pistol and extra ammo as she protested in Ferguson.
Police arrested her and charged her with failure to obey a lawful order when she and other protestors refused to get off the street.
As they arrested her they claimed she smelled heavily of “intoxicants.” Upon asking her to perform a breathalyzer she refused, leaving them no choice but to take her to jail.
Apparently, she was trying to make a statement when she was arrested.
According to her, the arrest was a “symbolic arrest…a message to the protesters that we can protest peacefully and that we must protest peacefully and that we want justice for Michael Brown.”
Unfortunately for Nasheed, it looks like Darren Wilson was only looking to protect himself from Michael Brown when he shot him in self defense.
Two autopsies revealed Michael Brown had been shot in the hand indicating he was close to Wilson and might have even been reaching for his gun when he was shot.
But the real question is what was an anti-gun senator doing with a handgun in her pocket?
Right now there are several bills in the works that could strip U.S. citizens of many of their essential second amendment rights.
The good news is you can still follow the law to the letter and own an off-the-books AR-15.
