No lease, and I now avoid public land since the masses render that option a complete waste of my time and efforts due to antler restrictions (must be 13 inches inside spread OR one unbranched antler, impossible to find on public land). I found somebody in Hunt County (to the south) with a few acres that back up to a creek who's willing to let me hunt there for free this coming Thanksgiving weekend (doe, rifle, 4 days only per TPWD for most E. Texas counties).
