With the passing of Goldi under unfortunate conditions, I'd like to nominate war to take over that Popsicle stand.
He's retired and has a few bucks in the bank. At least I think so.
He can't post over there (or here) and I can't either, so I'm throwing this idea into the ring.
I'll send this link to him unless JT yanks it.

After reading the Moving Forward thread at LP it sickens me to find out just how much of an enemy of liberty Sally actually was. That she would use a hardcore leftwing statist such as Gatlin as a sounding board and for advice is disgusting and explains why she would always ban small government types.
What's even sicker is that the remnant of LP are actually going to allow this same hardcore leftist to have a say in the future of the site. By the time he's finished with the place you'll have to wear black pajamas to post.

I guess it shouldn't be too surprising that it would turn out this way. However, I was hoping that LP might revert back to the way it used to be when it was still a small government, anti- freeper site. It had such great potential. Instead it was done in by a RimJob clone who stealth banned people for not being good Republicans.
