I just finished reading "Empire of the Summer Moon - Quanah Parker and the Rise and Fall of the Comanches, the most powerful Indian Tribe in American History." The author wrote about the ability of Comanches to fire multiple arrows in a few seconds from the back of a moving horse, while the victim was attempting to reload. They often dropped down onto the side of their horse to avoid being shot while they were rapid firing arrows under the horse's neck.
We are such wimps today.
