Greek Central Bank is privately owned but is run by the ECB. The National Front in France and Putin both support Syriza. Putin also supports the French National Front and other anti-EU parties. Greece is second in gold mining in Europe. But they do not own the mines. Putin wants his South Stream pipeline to go through Turkey to the Greek border.
