A Marine sits in a Mexican jail for doing absolutely nothing and the President seemingly never heard of him. As far as I know, that Marine is not Moslem. A woman in Sudan is about to get a big dose of Islamic "justice" because she refuses to renounce Jesus Christ, but The Anointed One is as vocal as Marcel Marceau.

Yet, some traitor to his country walks into the arms of the Taliban, helps them out in killing Americans and Obama moves heaven and earth (and swaps some terrorists) to retrieve this Benedict Arnold, then has a presser in the Rose Garden where the Taliban-bearded dad thanks Allah and gets a big hug from the Commander In Chief.

Funny, I just can't understand how those awful Tea Baggers think that Mr. Obama is a Moslem sympathizer and working to overthrow America.

So does that mean he doesn't get his lump sum of $350,000 or whatever for being a captured hero (i.e. back pay)?

Like Bush wasn't working to overthrow America? Obama at least makes a pretense of standing up to Netanyahu. Maybe his Islamic roots are a benefit to us.

Tick tock. Time has marched on while you were fixated on Bush. We're in year 7 of the Muslim Chauncey Gardiner.

I'm just teasing JD because he's so afraid of Muslims. Clinton and Bush brought in the ones that are bothering JD.

Yeah, and maybe you need some serious counseling. And as scrapper2 said, "Time has marched on while you were fixated on Bush. We're in year 7 of the Muslim Chauncey Gardiner." You need to drain the $#it out of your head so you can catch up with what's going on now.

Oh, I don't know. I expect the jug-eared moron will trot his newest flack (Josh Earnest) out to tell us all how that report was not true and that Bergdahl is a hero just like everyone else that wears any kind of government uniform.

No, and haven't for years. Why do you ask?

You could be a guest speaker on his show.

No, I couldn't. I don't agree with him on much of anything. And your insults won't work with me because I really don't GAS what you think of me.

Mark Levin would love to have you come on and talk about how the Muslims are taking over. Doc Savage, too.

Uh huh. As I said, your insults mean nothing to me because I don't care what you think about me. I don't know you other than some of the comments you have made on this board and, to be honest, I am not impressed.

Title: Heard this morning that Bo Bergdahl was found to be a deserter--not that that is going to surprise anyone

That was all I heard, just a little snippet.

I watched some of the Congressional hearings last June on C-SPAN about Bergdahl. This is one of my favorite Transcript-snippets from it:

Sergeant Bowe Bergdahl Prisoner Exchange : CSPAN : June 22, 2014 1:48pm-4:03pm EDT : Free Streaming : Internet Archive

"The Chair recognizes the gentleman from Florida, Mr. [DeSantis], for five minutes."

"Thank you. Doctor [Jacobson?], [...] let me ask you this. Do we have troops in afghanistan right now?"

"Yes, Congressman."

"So you had referenced troops who have been left behind. We can argue whether Bergdahl left his unit behind and I agree with Specialist [Cody Full?], I think he did that. Everyone that served with him said that. But if we still have troops there, who have we left behind? We're still fighting. The conflict is not over yet. So the notion that we have left him behind is utter nonsense."

Edited for capitalization and name inserts.

He made a good point. I guess when Obama talks about not leaving anyone behind he forgets, if he ever knew, about all the MIA's and POW's from Vietnam. But it is pretty obvious he will leave no stone unturned to help the enemy with his release of five terrorists for one deserter.
