You'll have a field day with this one......

"The government ruling us draws its authority not from the principles of the Declaration of Independence, or even from the delegate powers listed in the U.S. Constitution, but rather from the war to re-conquer the independent South. That conflict, usually referred to by the artfully misleading title “Civil War,” established the fact that the government in Washington is willing to kill Americans in whatever quantity it deems necessary in order to enforce its edicts, and then sanctify the slaughter in the name of some suitably “progressive” social objective.

At least Good Fight doesn't seem to be a believer in the whole Jesus' earthly kingdom in Israel thing. This is just re: the front part of it, but I see no evidence of it in their material.

By the way, I guess I don't understand why this comes as so much a surprise to any true student of Scripture. Jesus could not have made it any clearer that this world was not his, was not "run and owned" by he or his father, The Living God, nor ever would be.

People that assume that this nation has been Christian up 'til a certain point are sorely mistaken, at least insofar as the government goes. The morality by and large has been Christian, but that's not the same thing although today the morality is anything but Christian, anti-Christ-ian if you will.

But why that should shock anyone is beyond me. These people, like Chuck Misler, stating that God wouldn't do [this or that] to his people is overlooking the fact that God's not doing the doing, the satanic in this world are, and I see plenty of Scriptural evidence for the allowance of martyrs.

Anyway, many people in this nation today that claim to be Christian merely worthip at the altar of mammon that is this nation. They make excuses and justify it any way that they can but that doesn't alter what Scripture truly says.

This world is not under the control of true believers, so there should be no expectation that any results of its actions align with Scripture other than in a matter-of-fact sense. Any such expectation is foolish and has no basis in Scripture.

That movie was made by Hollywood and you know who runs Hollywood.

The "Left Behind" teaser. Didn't you post that?

Sorry I didn't watch it and now that I have I understand what you mean.

The whole "Left Behind" thing is not from God.

Interestingly, and a good thing, that primary actor finally caught on.
