Want...

Austria has decided to participate in the establishment of the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB), a foreign ministry spokesperson told Xinhua on Tuesday.

The decision was made after a cabinet meeting Tuesday, the spokesperson said.

Together with Britain, France, Germany, Luxembourg and Switzerland, Austria has become the sixth European state that has declared its intention to become a founding member of the China-proposed AIIB.

The ministry earlier told local media that Austria's participation in the AIIB would be in line with government goals of building strategic partnerships with Asian countries, saying from an economic perspective it is also important for Austrian companies to be represented in Asia, which could be problematic without membership of the AIIB.

This is interesting to the extent that it's not contrived.

I'm curious as to which aspects of this are planned v. unplanned, and not that we'll ever know anytime soon.

Sounds like it is cascading however.

Being a bank insider is good for your local economy; first to get tips on engineering and other contracts for which there is some assurance of getting paid. Canada is trying to peddle its petroleum resources in Asia and would be wise to join the AIIB but probably won't for fear of annoying Jew bankers.

Austria is small enough, and unencumbered enough, to be nimble enough to do whatever's in her best interest.

Jizbankers have to be worried, and that's a good thing, as long as they don't start WWIII to cover their dirty asses.

“The most dangerous man to any government is the man who is able to think things out... without regard to the prevailing superstitions and taboos. Almost inevitably he comes to the conclusion that the government he lives under is dishonest, insane, intolerable.” ~ H. L. Mencken

They've started wars for money, what do you think that the odds are, greater or worse, that they'd start one to cover their asses?
