Nice story. I notice his poker ball cap; I wonder if he still plays with friends.

My dad has been playing in a nickel, dime and quarter local group of fellows regularly for at least 40+ years. It helps keep them young...and new members fill the void when any of their group pass on.

Sixty years ago, I knew a man such as that.

He had a horse and buggy and a dog. Never owned an automobile, truck or tractor

Nostalgia, makes one yearn for the simple life.
