I wouldn't be saying that so soon as the Bloods and the Crips from L.A. were in Baltimore. And L.A. is on high alert as I write this. Things are not all cool calm and collected on the surface as so seemed. BTW, there is growing tension in L.A. from all this to the point that National Guards have been also alerted to be on standby.
