An apparent stripper in Oklahoma has filed for a protective order against a Texas Republican state senator who likened what he called America's "spiritual battle" to the Holocaust.

The clerk in Creek County, Oklahoma, confirmed Tuesday that a request for an order had been issued against Sen. Charles Perry of Lubbock, Texas.

The clerk said the document couldn't be released since it hadn't yet been served.

But the woman seeking the protective order posted a photo of it on Twitter, where she describes herself as dancer at a gentlemen's club.

Perry's office in Austin didn't return messages. His Tulsa-based attorney wouldn't comment.

While being sworn in to the Senate in September, Perry alluded to the Holocaust while suggesting the U.S. government perpetuates "laws that lead citizens away from God."

Here's a more coherent story on it. The woman is from lubbock & claims the guys been stalking her for years.

even this won't win any pulitzers -

LUBBOCK, TX -- A former Lubbock woman filed a request for a protective order against State Senator Charles Perry of Lubbock. Cyndi Ortiz filed the request on May 6.

While in Lubbock she was a political consultant. But after moving to Oklahoma she said in an email she had become a stripper. She also said she is a stripper on a Twitter page, and she posted a copy of the one-page court document, including her name, to the Internet.

Ortiz wrote in an email, “Mr. Perry has hacked my computer, email accounts, social media accounts and used that private information to interfere with relationships and work.”

Ortiz also wrote, “Mr. Perry will never admit to these activities.”

“Mr. Perry has been asked repeatedly, verbally and in writing to cease and desist these activities to which he replies, ‘I can’t,’” Ortiz said.

EverythingLubbock.com requested comment from Perry, and a spokesman for him said, “The accusations she made are false.”

“For the last couple of years, he [Senator Perry] has shared the comments that she sent out about him with the Lubbock County D.A.,” the spokesman said.

Lubbock County Criminal District Attorney Matt Powell said, “There’s never been a request for charges filed. But, yes, we have been provided copies of documents.”

“My feeling was we are not an investigative body,” Powell said. “So, it was proper to get the Rangers involved.”

“We did ask the Rangers to get involved. There is a pending investigation.”

*Correction: the original version of this story said a restraining order was requested. It was actually a request for a protective order.
