In a recent corporate news article about Scott Walker's trip to Israel, several Israeli leaders gave some very revealing quotes regarding the upcoming U.S. presidential elections. Gerald Steinberg, an American born Israeli professor said that Obama and Democrats are seen as "isolationists" by Israelis.
... Dani Dayan, an Israeli settler leader, was quoted as saying "people on the right in Israel feel favorable toward Rubio and, to a certain extent, Bush." He added "We definitely can live with a Clinton administration."
Uzi Dayan, a major general in the Israel Defense Forces who toured Israel with Walker, was quoted as laughing: "We Israelis, we are sure that we're the center of the world.. From our point of view, it's natural that candidates are coming to Israel. And we like it because we think it's very important for us and in a way we think that Israel is a strategic asset." ...
