A newly formed micronation in central Europe has announced it would adopt the virtual currency dogecoin and have five official languages, including Chinese, reports Hong Kong-based news outlet Phoenix Infonews.

The Kingdom of Enclava, located between Croatia and Slovenia near the town of Metlika describes itself as the smallest country in Europe at just 100 square meters in size. After a group of Polish tourists discovered an unclaimed parcel along the Slovenia border, it was declared a new kingdom on April 23, citing terra nullius (nobody's land).

"This exclave would normally be an enclave also, except that neither Slovenia nor Croatia claims the land that adjoins the exclave. If Slovenia were to claim the parcel, Croatia's exclave would become an enclave as well. As it is, the exclave is bordered by Slovenia and The Kingdom Of Enclava (Ex Terra Nullius)," says the micronation's official website.

The founders of the country are drafting a constitution for the micronation. It has been decided that virtual currency dogecoin will be accepted in the kingdom and that it will have five official languages–English, Polish, Slovenian, Croatian and Chinese, though no obvious reasons were given for the choices.

Piotr Wawrzynkiewicz, one of the founders of the micronation, said that there is no distinction of nationality, race and religion in the country. The citizens have the right to freedom of speech and are not subjected to taxation.

The yet-to-be-recognized micronation has invited people around the world to register for citizenship online.

Poles have been using up so much more ink through history because they use a W where a V would have done just as well.
