For sure! The fedgov and its auxiliaries like the two-party duopoly clearly don't consider themselves connected or related to the people in any way. They sucker them for a quarter of each term with campaign promises, always the same ones, without ever skipping a beat in the radical-gliberal agenda.
They're accountable only to their uppers on groups like CFR and Bilderberg. Like Trump said, Flimsey Graham is your friendly local politician -- you can talk to him, but he won't change a thing he's doing. Actually you can't talk to him. You'll never get him on his office phone, they'll never put him on the line, he's rarely seen around SC except for occasional photo opportunism.
That's how they all are. THEY ARE NOT RESPONSIVE to our wants, needs, hopes dreams, and are CLEARLY IN IT FOR THEMSELVES and the evil agenda they're PAID to enslave us with.
