OK. I'm calling BS on this. "Revenue Enforcement Officials" (COPS) have more options than a firearm. This presented the role player with only two options, talk or firearm.
In the first instance a trained "Revenuer" would have moved to cover as the suspect went to the back of the vehicle, drawn his weapon and engaged the individual when a weapon was seen. In the second instance the "Revenuer" could have deployed either a tazer or a baton, preferably a baton as the individual had both hands in full sight during the incident. Tn the third instance again, tazer or baton.
"Revenuers" today are inclined toward lethal force as the first option.
This inclination will ONLY stop when the "Revenuer" has to dig down into his personal pocket to pay for his wrong doing, or do the jail time for committing a crime.
