PressTV...

"This guy is nothing more than a deluded clown who believes the lie of his own success, and so do his supporters." "This guy is nothing more than a deluded clown who believes the lie of his own success, and so do his supporters."

US Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump is nothing but a “deluded clown” who believes the lie of his own success, an American writer and political analyst says.

Daniel Patrick Welch made the remarks in a phone interview with Press TV on Sunday, after Trump said he would monitor mosques in the US, bring back waterboarding torture technique and keep refugees on a watch list.

"Well, Donald Trump is the gift that keeps on giving, isn't he? This guy is nothing more than a deluded clown who believes the lie of his own success, and so do his supporters. They are so stupid and uninformed that they think that billionaires are self-made,” Welch said.

“It’s basically the lie that all rich people convince themselves that they have any intelligence or skill when their only real skill, if you can call it that, is to continually prop up a rigged system, a corrupt system that gives them an infinite increase of their stake if they don’t die. And that’s what happened to Trump,” he added.

“If he had never touched his parents’ inheritance, he’d be much richer than he is now. That’s how stupid he is and his several bankruptcies speak to his lack of prowess, but people believe in it anyway,” he pointed out.

On Sunday, Trump called for the return of waterboarding, a near-drowning torture technique mostly used by the CIA at its “black sites” overseas.

It was the latest in a string of inflammatory comments Trump has made recently regarding the threat of terrorism in the wake of the Paris attacks last week.

On Saturday, the New York billionaire said, "I want surveillance of certain mosques if that's OK. We've had it before."

On Thursday, Trump said he would be open to having a “Muslim database” in America for security reasons, two days after he said that the US would have "absolutely no choice" but to close down some mosques.

Hours later, the Republican frontrunner doubled down on his previous remarks when asked by NBC News if he would create a national database to register all Muslims living in the US to protect the country against terrorism. “I would certainly implement that, absolutely.”

Mr. Welch said Trump is “racist, and he is spouting these absolute fascistic, Hitlerlite things about, you know labeling Muslims, surveilling mosques and bringing back waterboarding.”

“It’s a clown act. But the trouble is that it’s a kind of smokescreen for what’s really going on. You know all of the other politicians support US imperial designs,” he said.

“Trump will not get elected, but Hillary Clinton or one of the others ones definitely will. And they don’t support any change in US foreign policy. They are all imperialists. They all think it is perfectly fine for US to weaken and destabilize any potential allies of Russia and China that might put a nick in their armor, and again unrig that system that has played so well in their favor for the last few hundred years,” the analyst stated.

“But Trump? Yes, Trump is a clown. But he is not the craziest one in the deck, and he is certainly not the biggest threat to world stability. That would be the people who are going to take the mantle of power and continue to wreak havoc on the world as this Democratic administration has been doing for the last eight years. The party doesn’t seem to have anything to do with it,” he noted.

“Let him spout and sputter. He provides us a lot of entertainment or infotainment for the masses, but he is basically an idiot. Of course I could be wrong but I don’t see him going very far,” Mr. Welch concluded.

[tech] Does it matter who runs the circus, when decision-makers are from the neocon establishment ?

[US President already selcted].... US President has already been selected , but to convince people it's their vote , false candidates are created who say most radical STUPID things , which prompts people to vote for the pre-selected candidate. Trump side show prompts people to vote for the preselected candidate Hillary Clinton . ( In 2012 Hillary Clinton removed MEK terrorists off the terror list and she is supported by the terrorists , hence she been selected president )

Pachamama... Yes, but Bush was a clown too. Look how much damage he did! American is like Rome in decline. The more ignorant you are, the more debauch you may be, the more likely you will be to become president. One of these idiots, circus clowns, will soon again use a nuclear bomb. Mark my word!

Ashraf> Фатима Амели ....Fatima Amelie....Americans seems to LOVE standup comedy .....Wonder IF that is why he is so popular?....However, he probably create all sort of divisiveness in the country......& MOST of the world will TURN their BACK on him as well .....Because of his various INFLAMMATORY comments.....Although he has to some degree common cense ,......But, HIS lack of knowledge combine with STUBBORNNESS &RIGIDITY can create conflict PUSHING America to another war( NOT much different from Clinton, iF she get elected.)......So, it end up to be EXTREMELY expensive comedy don't you think??......Hope republican give Rand Paul a chance.....in Spite of his pro isra-Hell stand......he is the smartest among the republican party!

Raymond> Jamsheed A deluded clown and a International criminal are the prerequisites of being a US president these days.

And Daniel Patrick Welch is who exactly and why should I care what he says? Never heard of the bozo. I didn't see him on stage with either the GOP or the Faggot party debates. Is he running for President? Screw him and the goat he rode in on.

Gored your preferred oxen, did he?

Who indeed.

Well, here's a truth you may want to think about; The Donald is unelectable.

The controllers use similar patterns over several election cycles, you see. Trump is a spoiler intended to split the vote to virtually assure the desired outcome, which I'm sorry to say is probably THE SHE DEVIL.

The PUBS have no intention of fielding a serious candidate that champions their real values, which involves strip mining the treasury and the untended corporate profits lifted by the govt sanctioned pickpockets.

So, the plan is to offer an outsider who will gather the Muslim haters, the gay bashers, the Dem despisers and others who foolishly believe that there are enough of them to outnumber the plurality that will oppose them at the polls.

In other words, Trump can't win unless a suspicious number of blacks, Muslims, gays, liberals, Mexicans and America haters vote for him.

Now, when entire precincts that always voted the straight Democrat party ticket mysteriously voted for Bush twice, not a word of protest was heard from those who should have investigated then prosecuted the obvious, all encompassing vote fraud.

But, there will be no such umbrella available for Donald, because A) he won't get those inexplicable votes, and B) he's not the designated beneficiary of this election cycle's machinations.

So, for your own sake don't screw yourself into the ground in frustration. Trump is signaling the same voters who voted for President Obama that they'd better show up to vote or else. (the back room planners are afraid that many blacks will opt out because Obama can't run again and no other nig... I mean, African American is on the ticket. The boys in the "oak lined bunkers" don't want to chance a contested photo finish, hence the need for an angry rogue, thinly veiled bigot that honkey hatin' minorities can vote against.) [Picture this interview after the polls close: "No, I ain't hot for Hillary but I had to vote against Trump. He don't got nuthin' for black folks but if I stayed home he might win!"]

So, don't fool yourself. The majority of those who don't vote (many of whom are demoralized Caucasians who may share your values and/or mine) are too disgusted, leery or smart to be baited by the Donald's theater of the absurd. If they allow false hopes to prompt them to register and vote, well, let's just say that confidence is high that they'll be porked so hard that they bleed.

Donald Trump couldn't do anything about the problems he says are plaguing us, because the same shadowy "people of influence" he would need to win are the architects of the foreign and domestic policies that keep us divided and preoccupied. In short, he's a hand puppet that THE STOOPIDS will either love or hate even though he hasn't a snowball's chance... And, the savvy insiders who know this have no reason to sound the alarm because there's no serious political hopeful for them to vote for or, their candidate is the primary beneficiary of THE STOOPIDS' stalking horse.

Every election I see folks here who gnash their teeth after being robbed of America's and their salvation. Yes, I know that "if only..." but it was never part of the plan and in politics little is left to chance because there's simply too much at stake.

America's corrupt, made-for-cable-TV election intrigue is preferable to bloody assassinations, bombings and boudoir exposes of the Munchkins' saviors, offerings to create false hopes and thus voter turnout. After all, what would happen if everyone knew the game and simply stayed home on election day? Hell, millions of naive Americans (who are apparently the last people in the civilized world to see the truth) would have to face the facts about CASINO BORDELLO AMERICA.

How many resorts/hotels/golf courses has the bitchy naysayer built? That's right: NOT ONE.

I assumed that because I despise the Clintons with all the hatred I can muster for other humans that the shadow puppeteers would jam them in my ass gain. I didn't dare get my hopes up that President-elect Trump could beat the wormy, corrupt machine that protects The Clinton Crime Cartel.

I was wrong and Mister, am I ever glad!

Sometimes I have these brilliant flashes that I interpret as amazing insight into politics.

But it turned out to be gas that spontaneously ignited.

Trump is the first winning POTUS ballot I have cast since Herbert in 88. I wasn't sure he would win either. Can't help but cheer, even though I know it's far from a done deal, Trump being Messiah and all :)

I wasn't sure he would win either.

After watching most all his rallies, I was so confident that he would win that I didn't vote for the first time in decades.

LOL, that was unnecessarily hostile. I was just trying to trigger the recount crowd into running with a bribery allegation.

more on nuts from a blog

“Hand me that bowl of Nigger toes,” my grandfather shouted at me across a large oak table filled with family and holiday dressings for Thanksgiving dinner.

I must’ve been around eight-years-old at the time and before I could ask him — what bowl of who — his two daughters, one of them my mother, shouted back at him, “Dad! We don’t talk like that here!” He shrugged them off and pointed at me, “There, boy. By your hand. Shove over that bowl of Nigger toes!”

It was only years later that I learned “Nigger toes” are actually Brazil nuts — and I’ve never been able to touch one or eat one since that infamous Thanksgiving dinner.

My grandfather was an educated man, a civic leader, a pharmacist, and yet he called Brazil nuts “Nigger toes” — and I know he didn’t invent that phrase even though he employed it regularly and commonly as if he were talking about the weather.

I've heard it more than a few times from my elders in years gone by. I don't like crackin' them, so the subject rarely comes up these days.

A pair of pliers and a 16oz hammer is the only way I know to open them. But they surely are tasty once shelled.
