Cheryl Burke Admits 'Things Happen' Between the Pros on DWTS – and that Maksim Chmerkovskiy Is a 'Good Kisser'

Cheryl Burke isn't done dishing about her time as a pro on the ever-popular Dancing with the Stars.

Burke, who last competed on the show in 2014, opened up about which pros she got friendly with on set, as well as her sometimes confusing list of partners during an appearance on the Allegedly with Theo Von & Matthew Cole podcast.

After revealing that her "least favorite" pairing was with 90210 alum Ian Ziering, Burke, 31, admitted that she's had to Google her partners in the past.

"All the time," she said when asked if she sometimes didn't know who her partners were when she was paired with them. "By the way I also don't know anybody, so I would have to Google almost every single partner of mine – other than Ian Ziering because I used to watch 90210. My mom, my crazy Asian mother, would let me watch an hour a week, and I would watch 90210, 8 p.m. on Wednesdays. I'm like 'Why, couldn't you give me Luke Perry or Jason Priestley? Why you give me that guy?' I know he's on 90210, but give me Screech [Dustin Diamond]."

As for her relationships with the show's other pros, Burke was not playing coy.

"I think we all dated each other at one point," she shared. "All of us dancers, we've known each other – back to [ Maksim Chmerkovskiy], we've known each other since I was 12 and he was like maybe 15, I think he is 3 years older than me, so ya know, things happen."

While Burke insisted that she and Chmerkovskiy – who is now engaged to fellow pro Peta Murgatroyd – never dated, she did admit, "he was a good kisser. Maks is a good kisser."

However, the star said she never did more than tango with Derek Hough, but said things once heated up with Mark Ballas.

"I think we tried to have fun," she said. "Ya know, stuff happens. People interrupt or, you know, something happens."

During the podcast, Burke said working with Ziering on 2007's season four, "made me want to slit my wrists." She later apologized on Twitter for using "a phrase that seemingly makes light of suicide."

She wrote, "I never meant to hurt anyone or to trivialize the topic. I was out of line and for that I apologize."
