Trump Eviscerates Obama after Disastrous Commencement Speech

In the age of Obama, everything must be politicized.

Obama turned a commencement speech at Rutgers University into a campaign- style rally filled with attacks on Republican frontrunner Donald Trump.

Instead of asking undergraduates to reflect on their time as students or asking them to ponder what life they wanted to make as they mature into adults, Obama used his Rutgers commencement speech to kickoff the 2016 general election.

NBC News reports on Obama’s remarks:

The world is more interconnected than ever, building walls won’t change that,” he said, clearly taking aim at the only candidate who has turned a facade into a plank.

“To help ourselves we’ve got to help others, not pull up the drawbridge and try to keep the world out,” Obama said.

He said building walls that prevent trade deals “won’t boost our economy,” and walls that keep out Muslims would alienate “the very partners in our fight against extremism.”

But Obama didn’t limit himself to attacking Trumps’ strong stance on securing our Southern border and protecting America from the threat of Islamic terrorism.

Obama blasted Trump and other Republicans for rejecting his regime’s global warming hoax.

NBC News also reports:

Obama also attacked the general stance of conservatives on climate change, saying the issue was “not subject to political spin.”

“There is evidence,” Obama said. “If we don’t follow through on the progress we made in Paris, your generation will feel the brunt of this catastrophe.”

“If you were listening to today’s political debate you might wonder where this strain of anti-intellectualism came from,” Obama told the group of about 12,000 graduates. “In politics and in life ignorance is not a virtue. It’s not cool to not know that you’re talking about. That’s not keeping it real or telling it like it is. That’s not challenging political correctness.”

One New Jersey lawmaker in attendance lit into Obama for the inappropriate nature of his remarks.

The Save Jersey blog reports on New Jersey’s Assemblymen Joe Howarth and his reaction to the speech:

“So my son graduated today from Rutgers and to tell you the truth I went in hoping the POTUS would take this opportunity to say something meaningful to the class of 2016,” the former freeholder told me on Sunday. “Although he started out strong and I truly enjoyed what he was saying it quickly turned into a ‘State of the Union’ lecture.”

“Yes, the Rice mention was appropriate,” he added, referencing the President’s voiced disapproval of past efforts to bar former Secretary of State Condi Rice from headlining the university’s commencement services. “He quickly followed up with ‘bring them in and grill them.’ I’d give his commencement speech a D+ because I felt it should have been more about the graduates instead of his talking points!”

But the final word was left to Trump who didn’t take the attack lying down.

Summing up what many think of Obama, Trump fired off this tweet as his official response:

Tweet at source.I must admit that Obummer's remarks to the graduates were extremely self serving.

BTW, global warming is indeed a hoax. Right now we are going thru a "Maunder Minimum". This is a time that sun spots are reduced. And since sun spots affect the Earth's weather, it is plain to see that it is also producing GLOBAL COOLING!

My sister in Chicago told me she had voted Democrat her whole life, but she couldn't vote for Obama. She voted for McCain.

I told her she still voted for evil since BOTH were members of the Council on Foreign Relations, and BOTH were internationalists.

Not so sure she got it. But how would you like to own both horses in a two horse race? ;)

"Eviscerates"??? This society is suffering from wimpery inflation. The kikers running everything have eviscerated dialectics to the point that a few gentle putdowns are thought shocking.

Tagline: The African population of Zimbabwe had increased from an estimated 300,00 in 1890 to 7 million in 1980. This phenomenal increase was the result of the development of a modern infrastructure, first-world health standards and the bountiful crop harvests produced by the white Rhodesian farmers.
By July 2006, the population had almost doubled to 13 million, the result of a symbiotic relationship that had been forged between the 3,400 commercial farmers and the other inhabitants. = 'Reflections on Zimbabwe: From African Paradise to Genocidal Cesspool' (IMPACT newsletter March-July 2005)
