FWIW, here's a copy of what may be the FBI transcript the night of the shooting. It does say "God" instead of "Allah" which we can take to mean it's been altered to not make Muslims look bad. 
Napolitano said there was a transcript as well as a summary, and that the summary said no one had died until the police entered at 5:13 AM.
*If* this is the summary Napolitano referred to, then he's incorrect in this statement, as the summary does not say when anyone died or when anyone was shot, except for the alleged perpetrator.
It's also apparent from it that shots were fired at the initial entry at 2:02 AM, and that police exchanged shots with someone at 2:08 AM. It does say that no shots were fired between that exchange with police and the forced entry by SWAT teams.
Again, this is IF this is an accurate reflection of the FBI transcript, and the same one Napolitano refers to.
