Donald Trump, once again, shows his genius. He knew in advance that he wasn't getting an endorsement from Canadian Cruz, but he let him step out on stage and commit political suicide. This effectively removes Cruz from consideration for any post/appointment in a Trump presidency.

When I lived in Chicago, I knew a guy that was in the Marines for 10 years. When he got out, he joined the DEA.
