Iraqi refugee who raped a 10-year-old boy at a swimming pool in a 'sexual emergency' has his conviction overturned because the Austrian court 'didn't prove he realised the boy was saying no'
Rapist, known as Amir A, 20, said he attacked boy in a 'sexual emergency'
* He had not had sex in four months, so dragged him into changing rooms
* Supreme Court in Austria now say prosecution did not prove the rape claim
* They want harder evidence the boy, 10, was forced to act against his will

Unbelievable.
At the very least, at least in the USA there is statutory rape laws where consent is not a factor. And that's certainly only applicable for teens over 14 or so.
Someone else is going to have a revenge emergency.

this diabolical shit is way, way too much. the court who rescind3d his sentence , in a sane world would be tried and convicted in court and all immediately executed.
I was in Austria last month. a lot of refugees there roaming the streets although they were much more low.key and polite compared to those in other countries such as France and denmark.

But just another example for a Citizens Court to rule on cases such as this and of course rule on all the senseless killings performed by criminals that don't give a shit.
Citizens Courts in every town , city , township in America - watch the crime rate plummet as Real Justice would be dispensed in days not years & as a added bonus hang these scumbags where everyone can see them. Tax savings would be enormous & the victim's survivors would feel a whole lot better

Clearing the DOJ of obstructionist Marxists would go a long way toward enacting actual justice, the kind without modifiers bending the entire concept of what justice actually means.
