“On November Eighth, Americans will be voting for this 100-day plan to restore prosperity to our country, secure our communities, and honesty to our government,” Trump says. “This is my pledge to you and if we follow these steps we will once more have a government of, by and for the people and importantly we will make America great again. Believe me.”

11.Lift the restrictions on the production of $50 trillion dollars’ worth of job-producing American energy reserves, including shale, oil, natural gas and clean coal.

In two counties, in Pa. we have enough natural gas to fuel the entire Northeast for at least 75 years. The wells are drilled and there they sit, idle, going nowhere.

To get the gas to New England, pipelines must cross NY State, that will not be allowed.

Sounds like a good start.

“The most dangerous man to any government is the man who is able to think things out... without regard to the prevailing superstitions and taboos. Almost inevitably he comes to the conclusion that the government he lives under is dishonest, insane, intolerable.” ~ H. L. Mencken

20. Work with Congress on a End The Offshoring ActEstablishes tariffs to discourage companies from laying off their workers in order to relocate in other countries and ship their products back to the U.S. tax-free.

Just ending the subsidies and tax credits for this crap would make a huge difference, I would try that first before going to tariffs.

No doubt. I heard a tariff was applied to Made in China Maxxis tires. Of course, I am sure we would rather have Made in Japan tires. ;)

I want the best damned tires I can buy at the lowest price. No part of that deal should include kickbacks for neo-mercantile kleptocrats.

I am sure we would rather have Made in Japan tires. :)

I put a set of Yokohama's on my Mustang last year, they are superb. Had Michelins on it prior, they always felt like jello under any serious attempt at maneuvering. The Yokos hold the line wherever you point them, within reason.

I'm sure of this. When I drove the straight truck out of Chicago. we would pick up tires at Chicago-O'Hare and take them to Akron, Ohio. Not sure what they did with them after that. But we had to stack the tires in the truck on their sides, and that meant loading them one at a time. They were car tires, not truck tires. ;)
